Pumping Up (Literally) the Weight #3

You are created out of amino acids and salty sea bubbles – just like Aphrodite, our polypeptides and phospholipids were “born of sea foam.”

An inflated truck tire seems hard and solid, yet it’s filled with nothing but air.

Your body is composed of trillions (50 to 100 trillion?) of ”truck tires.”

A huge redwood tree seems rock-solid when you karate-chop it, yet it got that way by absorbing nothing but carbon dioxide from the air, hydrogen and oxygen (combined to form water) from the soil, and a mere pittance of minerals.

If a redwood tree was really composed of the soil it grows in, it would dig out a massive hole in the ground to obtain its construction material.

Our forests would all be growing in holes!

Weight Control Tip #3 …

Back in 1977 at the Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences, Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) showed us 2 techniques of weight control by massage:

(1) light massage in a clockwise direction to lose RESIDUAL WEIGHT without losing STRUCTURAL WEIGHT, and

(2) deep massage in a counterclockwise direction to gain residual weight.

The first choice is best for both losing or gaining weight in a healthy way.

Residual weight is no asset to anyone. It’s like wearing a backpack filled with rocks.

Light clockwise massage helps you lose residual weight if you don’t work out at the gym and GAIN STRUCTURAL WEIGHT if you do.

Weight Control Tip #4 …

Lift weights the proper way.

If you follow the instructions of 99 percent of weight trainers and strength coaches, you’ll gain residual weight along with your structural weight.

Subtlely change the axis of rotation on EVERY REP of EVERY SET you do – including the synergistic muscles as well as the “target” muscle – otherwise you’ll create a limited number of muscle “ruts” instead of a manifold number of muscle “grooves.”

Muscle “ruts” cause health challenges as well as residual weight.

Pain (in the neck, shoulder, knee, etc.) is caused by a “reservoir” of oxygen inappropriately removed from circulation by a “dam” of carbon dioxide.

There’s no pain without oxygen in the wrong place at the wrong time, and no numbness without carbon dioxide at the wrong place at the wrong time.
