The Third Chakra – the chakra used by most Yogis and practitioners of “mindfulness” – is Consciousness acting on Matter.
Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …
“Being younger, fresher, and more at ease with yourself are attributes of Consciousness acting on Matter.”
Trauma generates endorphins and excess alkalinity.
Adano said …
“A trauma can make you instantly old. A commitment can make you instantly young – a commitment to LIFE.”
Fear activates our adrenal glands and a secondary “endorphin bath” as a defense against the adrenal defense.
Adano said …
“Decomposition of the human frame is what makes us afraid of time. The terminal sound of ‘age’ breaks the cells down. ‘Revolution’ indicates momentum indicates vibrancy indicates life indicates self-regeneration.”
Adano substituted the phrase “revolutions around the Sun” for “years old” or even “years young.”
(The latter merely puts you further back on the conveyor belt that the mind thinks is carrying it to the precipice of extinction.)
Most of Adano’s students failed to grasp the concept of an engine generating more power with added RPM, saying things like, “I’m too many revolutions to be wearing a bikini,” so he changed up the game by switching to the word “frequency.”
Frequency is determined by numerology, adding up the birth numbers.
Adano answered, “My frequency is ten,” when anyone asked how old he was.
Calcium encourages the endorphin state of aging the brain and spinal cord.
Emanuel Revici, M.D., defined youth as “a deficiency of calcium in the cells,” and said an excess of it causes “rapid aging.”
Calcium ages bone by increasing the turnover of osteoblasts and osteoclasts, destroying them sooner than later.
