John Stuart enjoyed a successful career as an inventor which with his earnings he invested in real estate. He took real estate and law classes over many years and gained even more interest in 2008 when he witnessed what was happening in the housing market with foreclosures.
“Show me the note”, he says, “makes no sense.” So it’s probably not a good argument to save your home, even if fraud is involved. Besides, the court system doesn’t play fair anyway. On the other hand, Mr. Stuart explains very clearly to us how the loan on the home is where the “lie” is, the loan never happened. This is a fascinating and head spinning show which everyone paying a mortgage should listen to. Brace yourselves for 2 hours of information which may leave you shaking your head.
