atom-bergstrom-sunAtom Bergstrom, born Gosta Ingvar Bergstrom, Jr, is credited as the founder of Sun Sync and the leading expert on a Sun-Centric lifestyle.

Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity.

Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.” He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots.

His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.

For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.

Hi Atom, On the show, you cautioned against supplemental iodine – but according to many experts, there is so much bromine now in the environment, and the bromine displaces the iodine in the body, we DO need to take iodine supplements. Can you address this bromine argument? Thank you!! Ellen

Group 17 (VIIA) of the periodic table (fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, astatine) are all toxic except in limited amounts.

According to The Times of India (and many other sources) …

“The CSE [Centre for Science and Environment] had in May highlighted the use and presence of residues of potassium bromate and/or potassium iodate in bread-making in India and demanded immediate ban on these chemicals in bread-making.”

      Both bromine/bromate and iodine/iodate are cancer-causing atoms/molecules.

Iodine has a better publicist than bromine, as explained by me in …

I’m definitely NOT anti-iodine; it’s just that no one has written extensively about its very real dangers.

A gun has a business end and a rear sight.

Would you hand a child a gun without instructing them about which end is which?

Here’s something I didn’t cover in Too Much Iodine? …

      Ozone makes iodine toxic.

here are the notes from Dr Klinghardt

he says Zeolite removes fluoride; nothing else is known to do this

I always thought Borax can to this

Fluorine is the most reactive element on the planet.

      It’s the strongest free radical.

Fluorine can’t even be shipped unless it’s diluted (2% is common).

Fluoride toxicosis doesn’t just cause mottling and degeneration of the teeth and pineal gland.

It eventually causes mottling and degeneration of the 206 bones of the human skeleton (up to 300 bones at birth).

The shrewdest way to handle fluoride is not to look for a specific antidote.

DETOX it as fast as a speeding bullet walks on water.

Sweat it out, pee it out, and poop it out ASAP.

Atom, Thanks for your response. Is “Too Much Iodine” a book of yours? If so, where can I purchase it? Ellen

It’s on our Solar Timing website.

It’s especially easy for people living by an ocean to get a proper supply of iodine.

Iodine becomes toxic when pulled apart from its biological structure.

It’s like sodium chloride isn’t toxic (except in larger amounts), but sodium or chlorine by themselves are deadly.
