    “Atom Bergstrom suggests: Rheumatoid arthritis = over-alkalinity and Osteoarthritis = over-acidity” /???
Both have a lot to do with over-acidity. Wonder where this over-alkalinity would come from (and what over-alkalinity (‘type’) is it?)

      It’s easier to “achieve” over-alkalinity than over-acidity.

Drinking a quart or so of water can make us over-alkaline in MINUTES, while it takes about two DAYS of dehydration to over-acidify.

But excess water-drinking is rarely the “cause” of rheumatoid arthritis.

Fast breathing (hyperventilation) accompanied by highly unsaturated fatty acids is one of several of the commonest causes.

The easiest way to become over-alkaline is by exposure to ionic radiation.

Sunburn will do it too (usually to a much lesser extent).

Over-acidity ultimately results in COMA (caused by deficient respiration).

Over-alkalinity ultimately results in TETANY (caused by excessive respiration).

Rheumatoid arthritis is a common disease of “middle age” (biologically, not necessarily chronologically, 45-65).

It’s the disease of being “too old.”

Osteoarthritis is a common disease of “old age” (biologically, not necessarily chronologically, after 65).

It’s a disease of being “too young in all the wrong places.”

Details are in my e-book, Acidify Or Die: The Myth of the Benefits of an Alkaline Diet, recently revised, updated, expanded, and reduced in price. :) :) :)
