Indeed, Patrick & team… Any interview old or new you can put on YouTube has the benefit of the pretty good auto transcriptions it’s making nowadays. These can be snatched and with some fast clean-up tricks be pretty useful in one’s search folder.
I haven’t checked if any of the other platforms have good transcriptions…

Thanks for this fascinating interview… We know Robert can be overdriven at times, but the value of his information surpasses that of many if not most of your interviewees.

Having back often please, as you do other guests.

        Thanks

Sorry if off topic, but did any last guests address protocols , cures etc for an old acl injury/ unstable knee? I’m wondering if the DMSO would help? Pure sulfur?

Interesting stuff. I would have asked why not steamed vegetables, but cooked? As steamed ones give me a lighter feeling. Also I don’t know about the sugar, man. Especially honey. I know some are wild about it, but every time I take some before I go to bed, it’s like hell and high water all night – I feel like I’m going to die, my breathing becomes I don’t know it feels like it messes up my oxygen intake or something. No Sir, I will stay away from all the sugar. What works for me a bit better is kefir before night or in fact 3 a.m. or so in the morning. Crazy stuff I will tell you: wake up at 4 a.m., got for a 20 mns jog, have a shower, TAKE SOME YOGHURT OR KEFIR right after, go to bed at 4.40 or so (after the KEFIR), if you can sleep at least a few more hrs you will wake up rejuvenated and feeling very light. Maybe it won’t work for some (like the honey doesn’t for me), but it might for others.
