Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity.
Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.” He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots.
His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.
For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.

1) I’ve heard you talk a lot about the great benefits of cobalamine tonic and how the 3 ingredients (consumed at the right time of course) work very well synergistically. David Wolfe and some others really love cacao too & say how wonderful it is!However there are several others (mostly prominent raw foodies, I think) that say cacao is “super toxic” to the liver, addictive, stresses the kidneys & adrenals, causes MANY other nasty side effects!! (particularly when used long term)

2) I’ve heard you say you don’t eat black pepper.
But I’ve heard in Ayurveda & other sources that you utilize many spices & herbs so much better when you combine them with black pepper.Thoughts on this?
3) Doesn’t drinking cobalamine tonic soon after breakfast really dilute – & make much less effective – the acids & other digestive juices used to digest the proteins (like the nuts) you had for breakfast?

I wonder what Atom would think of the book, The Gluten Lie by Alan Levinovitz? It asserts that the only people who should avoid gluten are those who have Celiac disease.
Most of us can enjoy gluten without worry, All of the so-called science condemning gluten in the diet, claims the author, are based on pseudo-science and propaganda.
The first chapter attempts to debunk the “myth” that MSG is a dangerous toxin. This is more propaganda based on bad science. Levinovitz asserts that MSG is a mostly benign salt compound and flavor enhancer and is not really dangerous.
Does Atom agree with all this?

-Question from a listener: I have heard that petroleum derivatives are often used in the Vitamin production process, and often genetic modification. What is Atom’s knowledge of this, and does he know what sources of B12 are more natural and wholesome for the body, as well as usable and absorbable for the body. I don’t want to take artificial B12 supplements. Also, does he know the difference with Methylated B12 and regular. Also, what does he think of B12 derived from soil microorganisms? Is this a good source of B12?
