Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity.
Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.” He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots.
His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.
For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.

-External environment has an effect on us. Skin is the connection. Red light we make internally is what controls our genes.
-What we call iron deficiency anemia can be cured by going out in the sun. Sunlight converts cholesterol.
– PUFAs and iron are the biggest causes of aging. Can’t get the flu without iron. Women live longer because they lose iron in monthly menstruation. Taking estrogen removes that benefit.
-All beet sugar is now GMO. Cane sugar is okay.
-Cancer is an evil twin. John Beard’s trophoblast theory of cancer.
-16-18 times increase in cancer from mammograms. No improvement in life span with treatment.
-Circaseptan rhythms- 7 day cycle of immunity. Monday-red, Tuesday-orange, Wednesday-yellow, Thursday-green, Friday-blue, Saturday -a complex of colors (violet, indigo, purple, black), Sunday-white.
-We have traumas with certain colors. Need to put colors in flow.
-Listener in hospital with ulcerative colitis. Is an endotoxin disease. Take whole thyroid hormone (Naturethroid?), ripe sweet fruit, organic oranges. Cortisone and PUFAs will make it worse; they create inflammation.
-Cortisone, serotonin, nitric acid and growth hormone – be wary of these.
-Revlon bought Armour thyroid. Took calcitonin out of it. Primitives ate the whole thyroid, which has components that have been removed from thyroid supplements.
-Commercial oranges juices have a genetic enzyme in them that was created to digest the pulp.
-Carrageenan is a dangerous allergen. Is in ice cream, many foods. The caterpillar is the colon that turns into the butterfly. Colon is parasympathetic, skin is sympathetic. We also have an enteric nervous system and a dermic system.
-Get selenium from food. Eat only 1 Brazil nut a day, they have radium, selenium, and can be moldy.
-Whole pumpkin seed can be beneficial. Hemp is like the new age soy – avoid.
-High ORAC scale foods are toxic. Don’t want an antioxidant to prevent cancer, but do want an antioxidant to stop the spread of cancer.
-If you can see with cheap pinhole glasses, they’re good. Put the eyes through an exercise program. Bates method works.
-Christopher says there’s a book about the Guru/Disciple Relationship, from the experiences of Swami Nitty-Gritty.
-California says aloe, cascara, and progesterone are carcinogenic. Not true, although progestin is.
-Suggestions for a person to help cure themselves of unintended “destructive energy”? Cognitive shock. There’s always a trauma. Go through the colors. Yawn and stretch – do a carbonated yawn that is extended. It’s food we eat plus the thoughts. The thoughts make you put things in your mouth, because of trauma.
-What does Atom think of eating seaweed form the Pacific? Spirulina and chlorella have benefits, less of the poisons, less of PUFAs than seaweed. Are night-time foods. Avoid blue-green algae. Seaweed from around the world is contaminated. Atom uses Pickling & Canning Salt from Cargill. Himalayan salt- too much iron in it. Celtic salt – has uranium in it. Don’t eat commercial iodine. Estrogen collects iodine.
-Dr. Huggins said patients on Morton’s Pickling & Canning salt have better blood chemistries, are better balanced, than people on sea salt. Salt helps the body make HCL, bicarbonate, need less magnesium.
-Patrick is loving dextrinized baked potato with Dr. Cowan’s eggplant powder. Atom says to cook at 350 for 2 hours with lots of butter to slow down the glycemic response. The larger particles in fat keep the starches in potato and grains from being absorbed.
-Grapeseed oil for cooking- not good. Switch to clarified butter. If it hardens in the refrigerator, it’s probably good for you. Palm kernel oil – yes, no, maybe. Adrenal defense after 1 month. Don’t take any longer than 1 month at a time.
-A man with high blood pressure eating the McDougall diet is bleeding from the capillaries in his eyes. What to do? Thyroid brings down high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Want cholesterol to be 250.
-Purple pill causes rhabdomyolosis, like statins.
-With heartburn, pressure of the gut forces contents upward. It’s the pressure that is the problem, not acid. Good to have a small stomach and not a Buddha belly. Pressure cook to destroy the gas-producing ability of foods. Yawn and stretch to force the gas downwards into the colon. Colon is built to deal with it; the esophagus isn’t. Nexium is a $6 billion dollar industry every year.

-Listener says you can avoid the iron mineral salts in Himalayan salt by letting them sink to the bottom of a glass of water.
-Avoid the excipients in aspirin by dissolving it and letting them sink to the bottom of a glass of water.
-If taking baking soda makes you bubble up, you have an acid stomach.
-Atom says fermented foods give cancer from the lactic acid. Umeboshi plum and sauerkraut is okay, but not high lactic acid foods.
-Listener says his circulation needs boosting. Get rid of PUFAS, serotonin, nitric acid. Find a dermatome and myotome chart and see what vertebraes tie in with the toes. Circulation builds in an antioxidant reaction. If you have a heart problem, then take antioxidants and grow new capillaries. If you have cancer, cut antioxidants off, unless it’s metastatic.
-If trying to increase RBC, get sunlight, but don’t burn. Drink tomato juice combined with raisins at small intestine time (12-3 pm solar time) to raise iron. Gives fructose to absorb the iron.
-Popcorn is bad, as is psyllium seed, oat bran. They stop the colon up. Oatmeal is fine at mid-day, but don’t separate the bran from it.
-Low thyroid? Eat an orange at spleen-pancreas time, or last thing before you go to sleep. Avoid PUFAs, especially from fish oil.
-What to do and avoid for COPD? Liver, liver, liver. People with COPD have twice as much lipofuscin – biological old age pigment. Eat tomato juice and raisins. Improve colon health.
-D likes to eat dinner earlier in colder months, before 7 pm. Should she snack on Growth Zone 3 foods? Eat ahead of schedule. Don’t take tea at night, drink it from 12-3 pm solar time, definitely not after 5. Tea is an aluminum and fluorine accumulator. Drink cream with it to minimize that. She avoids spirulina after 3-4 pm because of added energy she gets. It’s best eaten 7-9 pm.
-Listener with heartburn issues can’t relax. When you focus on it something, you create it. Try free form dancing, without any thought, to get rid of ulcer, GERD. Don’t repeat movements. Move like a kite in the air. Trauma can wipe out the thymus gland, but can rebuild your thymus with play, free form dancing, yawning, stretching.
-Carol says the hard part of the popcorn doesn’t dissolve no matter what you do to it. Ayurvedic medicine says the magic in eating popcorn is using ghee instead of butter. Ghee is good for rebuilding the marrow of the bone.
-Superimmunity is when a cut heals without any infection.
-Eating a clove of garlic, red onion, and cheddar cheese at 6:15 solar helps remineralization of the teeth. Running with a stomping motion helps bone growth.
-Solar time for muscles is 3-5. For strength – 6 is ideal, 5-7 is fine.
-Doing a yoga mudra of curling the index finger over the thumbnail and stretching out the 3 other fingers will stop an asthma attack, help difficulty breathing.

They have a high connection with the mind. Take castor oil, throw salt over the shoulder. The revered scientist Bacon was born with warts on his hands. Advised to hold beef fat on hands in moonlight and his warts went away. Warts respond to anything. Look for an emotional issue and what meridian point is associated with it.
