    C – C – C = calcium, carbon, chlorine

    S – S – S = silicon, sodium, sulfur

    M – M = magnesium, manganese

    P – P = phosphorus, potassium

    I – F = iron, fluorine

          Any seven RAW morning Growth Zone 1 fruits will usually combine to create a complete amino acid profile at Stomach Time. :)

          It’s best if one of those seven is an APPLE.

          PS: An amino acid profile is not the same as a protein profile.
