Saliva contains antibodies that confer enhanced immunity, according to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty).

Urine does too. That’sthe main reason people drink their own urine as therapy – the alleged therapeutic meaning of Proverbs 5.15: “Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.”

Adano told me the Phillips Blotting Technique activates acupuncture points associated with the entire body.

Reflexology was first popularized in the U.S. by an otolaryngologist, a75-cent word for an ear, nose, and throat specialist.

Can you find the CIRCADIAN CLOCK – first decoded by Dr. Reinhold Voll in 1965 – in dental acupuncture meridian charts?

(1) The kidney and bladder associate with the upper and lower central lateral incisors,

(2) the liver and gall bladder associate with the upper and lower canines, the lung and large intestines associate with the upper premolars and the lower first and second molars,

(3) the pancreas and stomach associate with the upper right first and second molars and the lower right premolars,

(4) the spleen and stomach associate with the upper left first and second molars and the lower left premolars, and

(5) the heart and small intestines associate with the upper and lower third molars.

It’s said that we dig our graves with our teeth.

Raw food is important for the hygiene and strength of teeth and gums.

According to H. Horace Hayes, F.R.C.V.S., Veterinary Notes for Horse Owners: A Manual of Horse Medicine and Surgery (revised by J.F. Donald Tutt, F.R.C.V.S.), 1877, 1950, “In the case of mankind, cooking, by softening the food, is a cause of dental decay. The human practice of chewing toothpicks, straws, and other comparatively hard substances is an action prompted by the requirements of dental growth.”

Pre-Europeanized Inuit (Eskimos) boiled much of their meat except during the winter, so, obviously, other factors exist.

According toF.D. McHugh, et al, “We Chew Far More Than Our Ancestors,” Scientific American, Jan. 1937, “In actual fact, Eskimos chew their food less than almost any other people, said [Arctic explorer] Mr. [Vilhjalmur] Stefansson, and their native meat diet does not massage their gums with coarse food. Yet not one cavity has been found in any tooth of any Eskimo who died before his food was Europeanized. The Eskimos are the only people known, past or present, who have this 100 percent record of no decayed teeth.”

According to”Aleuts Aid Heart Study: Their freedom from heart disease has led scientists to study their diet in the hope that it may show the way to control this condition,” Science News Letter, Nov. 27, 1948, “During the 2,000 years before the arrival of the Russians, the Aleuts apparently had little or no tooth trouble, Dr. Coenraad Moorrees, of the Forsyth Dental Infirmary, reports.”

Hi Atom. Thanks so much for publishing this blog – and so consistently!

Possible future topic: On fatigue. Did Nitty-Gritty have anything in particular to say about fatigue? And what is fatigue, really (sure I know what it feels like to be tired), at a fundamental level (chemically, particle level, hormonal, pranicly etc..)

    Thanks!

      The mind gets fatigued.

      The body doesn’t.

Fatigue is a Third Chakra (lower mental body) concept, fueled by the Second Chakra (emotional body), and preserved by the First Chakra (crystalline body).

Swami Nitty-Gritty explained, “Counting repetitions generates lactic acid and makes you tired.”

Sathya Sai Baba said, “Maya is the illusion of differentiation.”

If you don’t differentiate, you don’t get tired.

I’M STUCK IN IT TOO. (You can “count” on it.)

Even after Nitty-Gritty asked me, “How can an atom get tired?”

I’ve had jobs I’ve despised, slept 10 hours, and still felt tired; and I’ve had jobs I’ve loved (TV cameraman), and felt alive, alert, and enthusiastic with only 2 or 3 hours of sleep.

Rick Lovett (“Running on empty: Your lungs are bursting and your muscles are screaming at you to stop. Can it really be possible that fatigue is all in the mind?,” New Scientist, Mar. 20, 2004) wrote …”[Timothy] Noakes [a professor of exercise physiology at the University of Capetown, South Africa] believes that the central regulator [associated with the brain’s frontal and parietal lobes as well as the visual and speech areas] evaluates the planned workout, and sets a pacing strategy accordingly. Experienced runners know, for example, that if they set out on a 10-kilometre training run, the first kilometre feels mysteriously easier than the first kilometre of a 5-kilometre run, even though there should be no difference. That, Noakes says, is because the central governor knows that you have farther to go in the longer run and has programmed itself to dole out fatigue symptoms accordingly.”

        Thanks!!

P.S. I’ll bet that yawning defends against differentiation…

Each yawn takes you closer to the superconductive field, aka the unified field.

Yawning is the most unacknowledged spiritual technique in the world – hidden in plain sight.

Swami Nitty-Gritty defined a WINDWALKER as someone who continually practices “respiratory disengagement,” routinely experiencing the unified field by identifying with – being one with – respiratory EXHALATION (out-breath) instead of respiratory INHALATION (in-breath).

He said, “Time is sequential behavior in a relative existence of a unified field. Happy days are here again, and nobody knows when they started. It takes a day to make a day.”

When you yawn, the guy sitting next to you has to yawn too.

As Nitty-Gritty put it, “Am I me or dat jerk over dere?”

Yawning also prevents dehydration and electrolytic imbalance in mammals (including human beings).

David L. Laurie (Venture Catalyst: The Five Strategies for Explosive Corporate Growth, 2001) wrote …

“These days stress is the biggest cause of loss in the cattle business. When they are feeling stress, animals become hypoglycemic, and because of the electrolytic imbalance, the quality of their meat declines dramatically. The chemical imbalances cause the meat to get very dark and dry. A $1,000 carcass can lose up to $250 in value if it is what the industry calls a ‘dark cutter’ or ‘black meat.'”

Unlike horses, cows tend to burp a lot more than they yawn. (Cows say OM backwards.)

Farm wisdom holds that if a cow yawns when you pinch her withers (the highest part of a cow’s back), she has low blood calcium.

PS: As if we don’t have enough chemical pollutants in our meat supply already, an anti-methanogen vaccine is under development for both cows and sheep. :(

    Wonderful!!

Deep gratitude towards you for all the information you’ve shared on this blog and with Patrick over “the airwaves.”

I tune in every month and check your blog daily.

Also, learning about Adano through your own enthusiasm (I know what it is to be grateful student myself!) – I’ve guzzled (probably more than once) every audio and video over at http://www.adanoley.com that I’ve been able to find.

There’s no doubt in my mind that he was the *real* deal.

I never tire of finding true representatives of Source such as yourself and Adano….

      Swami Nitty-Gritty advised …

“Tomato juice and molasses is an anti-fatigue combination for the blood. Take it in the middle of the day because it works best with the heart, and the heart is in the middle of the day.”
