There are two types of orgasm …

1) Phallic Orgasm, also known as a gut-gasm, or core-gasm, or hug-gasm, or bottom-up orgasm.

It’s a reflex orgasm linked to chemicals like oxytocin and vasopressin.

No fantasizing is required for this type of orgasm.

It’s why a woman’s vagina will lubricate and orgasm even during rape although her mind is totally opposed to the sexual penetration.

2) Cephalic Orgasm, also known as a brain-gasm, or imagi-gasm, or top-down orgasm.

It’s linked to chemicals like dopamine and serotonin.

It’s initiated and propagated by imagination, and is an asset to Higher Consciousness.

Both types of orgasm connect to the orthofrontal cortex (OFC) and the pineal gland.

The OFC “lights up” during meditation and visualization during brain scans …

a) turning off during a bottom-up orgasm

b) turning on during a top-down orgasm

Is it any wonder that the OFC is a favorite target of lobotomists?

The OFC lobotomy is also called the icepick lobotomy, performed by inserting a metal pick into the corner of each eye-socket and moving it back and forth to severe the connections to the prefrontal cortex (PFC).

    Hi Atom,
what was Adano’s view about mixing fruits with greens in a drink ?

    • February 22, 2015 @ 1:56 am atomb

Mixing fruit and greens doesn’t seem to agree with my digestion, but, in the fourteen years I studied with Adano, I don’t remember him specifically advising against mixing the two … as long as the fruits and greens are from the same Growth Period.

On the other hand, I never saw him drink fruit and greens together.
