Memory can be improved by tapping the skull with the fingertips from the forehead to the back of the skull.

Tapping is done along five Zones, starting at the top of the skull (Zone 1) and ending just above the ears (Zone 5).

<>

Zone 1 is the Ether (Sonic) Zone.

Zone 2 is the Air (Gaseous) Zone.

Zone 3 is the Fire (Thermal) Zone.

Zone 4 is the Water (Liquid) Zone.

Zone 5 is the Earth (Crystalline) Zone.

Brain Tapping just a few minutes a day is enough to stimulate memory.

Do it for a few minutes before reading or attending a lecture.

Do it just before taking a test or exam or doing a crossword puzzle.

Do it before meditating.

The best times for stimulating Brain Power are …

Lung Time (3:00-5:00 a.m.)

Spleen-Pancreas Time (9:00-11:00 a.m.)

Urinary Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 p.m.)

Triple Heater Time (9:00-11:00 p.m.)

William H. Fitzgerald, M.D., Edwin F. Bowers, M.D., & George Starr White, M.D. (Zone Therapy or Relieving Pain At Home, 1917) wrote …

“… the anterior surface of the body is divided into zones, commencing with the inside of the great toe and with the center of the nose as a median line and numbering 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in each direction.

“For the posterior surface of the body, the zones commence with the inner side of the great toe and with the center of the back of the hed [1917 spelling of head] as a median line, and number 1,2,3,4,5 in each direction.

“We speak of zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively on the right side of he body and zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively on the left side of the body.”

Harry Bond Bressler, D.C., N.D. (Zone Therapy: Pressure Reflex and Hook Work, 1955) wrote …

“Through the knowledge gained in Europe and through his research, Dr. [William H.] FitzGerald found that the body could be divided into ten zones, five on either side of a line drawn from top of the head right down through the middle of the torso, or main part of the body, and dividing the body from front to back. This dividing of the human form leaves half of the head, face, neck, torso and one arm, forearm, wrist and hand, and the thigh, leg, ankle and one foot on their half of the body, and the other half of head, face, neck, torso and the other arm and leg appendages on the other half of the body.”

According to the same source …

“Since the zones do not cross, as to reflex action, the organs and parts in any zone on either side of the body would be governed by pressure on some place else in the same zone on that side of the body. The one thing to remember is that the zones on the left side are NOT to be used to bring relief to conditions expressing on the right side of the body. Use the SAME zones on one side only for help to be given only in corresponding zones on that side of the middle of the body.”

Brain Tapping directly (osmosis) and indirectly (diffusion) stimulates brain action.

    According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“Incompetence is a memory facilitator. You remember the answers to the questions you missed in a quiz.”

A pale gold pigment accumulates in the bone marrow following certain diseases (esp. those involving fever).

The pigment is lipofuscin — Yellow Fat Disease.

D.A. Gray & J. Woulfe (“Lipofuscin and aging: a matter of toxic waste,” Science of Aging Knowledge Environment, Feb. 2005) wrote …

“Lipofuscin is membrane-bound cellular waste that can be neither degraded nor ejected from the cell but can only be diluted through cell division and subsequent growth. The fate of postmitotic cells is to accumulate lipofuscin, which as an ‘aging pigment’ has been considered a reliable biomarker for the age of cells such as neurons and, by extension, their hosts. In the aging human brain, deposits of lipofuscin are not uniformly distributed but are concentrated in specific regions of functional interest. The prevailing thought is that the major source of lipofuscin is incomplete lysosomal degradation of damaged mitochondria. Accumulating evidence suggests that lipofuscin is not benign but can impair the functioning of seemingly unrelated cellular systems, including the ubiquitin/proteasome pathway. A damaging feedback loop of lysosomal and proteasomal inhibition may occur as lipofuscin accumulates, leading to what has been appropriately named a ‘garbage catastrophe.’ Reversing this catastrophe presents a formidable challenge.”
