Cellular Versus Serum Cholesterol

Re: What’s a good supplement to take for high cholesterol? What about red yeast rice?

“High” cholesterol at one level is compensated by “low” cholesterol at another level.

Cholesterol homeostasis (balance) is reestablished with implements, not supplements.

“Lowering” cholesterol is one of Big Medicine’s typical misconceptions — the piecemeal robbing of Peter to pay Paul.

Lipid-lowering therapy is an artifact of the Western Reality Tunnel and the Antiquarian Age.

<>

“High” cholesterol means low testosterone, low progesterone, low bile, etc.

The Boys In White claim cholesterol “increases with age.”

Most folks choose to believe such Old Doctors’ Tales, and wind up — actually, wind down — with low testosterone and all of the above.

Cholesterol “gets out of balance” (not “increases”) with “abuse” (not “age”).

Dietary abuse is one of the first places to look.

If you hire an electrician to service your kitchen oven, but he tries to fix your TV in the living room, you do one of two things …

1) Point him in the direction of the kitchen, and tell him it’s your oven that needs servicing, not your TV.

2) Point him in the direction of the front door, and call another electrician to service your oven.

<>

Solar Man is the guy who services your oven simply by telling you how and when to use it.

<>

Also, one’s highest choice is to minimize certain foods and substances, artificial or otherwise.

See the list below, keeping in mind that the operative word is “minimized,” not “eliminated.”

1) It’s impossible to eliminate them all.

2) It’s unhealthy to eliminate them completely.

BUT making a stress-free game out of trying to eliminate them will put you in the proper range and balance.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“The man who did everything wrong and the man who never did anything wrong suffer from the same disease.”

<>

Here’s a list of foods and substances to minimize …

agar / alginate (alginic acid) / alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) / blue and UV light at night / bromide / cannabis / carrageenan / chloride / cortisol / docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) / eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) / estrogen (and protein deficiency leading to its accumulation) / fluoride / goitrogens / iron (and other heavy metals) / konjac / lactic acid / lectins (carbohydrate-binding proteins) / leptin / lithium / margarine / melatonin / monosodium glutamate (MSG) / mushrooms (unless thoroughly cooked) / niacin (but not niacinamide) / nitrate / nitric oxide / nitrite / oxalic acid / pectin / phytic acid (IP-6) / pullulan / rancid fats / statins (including RED YEAST RICE or its active ingredient, lovastatin) / serotonin / soy (and most of its products, including soy lecithin) / statins (including red starch (unless thoroughly cooked) / sulfite / sulfur dioxide / trans-fats / tryptophan / vegetable gums (acacia, cellulose, guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum, etc.)

<>

One more time, it’s impossible to eliminate all of the above.

Be discreet, and, especially, walk big circles around using any of the above as a supplement.

<>

Emanuel Revici, M.D. (Research In Physiopathology As Basis Of Guided Chemotherapy—With Special Application To Cancer, 1961) wrote …

“Cholesterol represents a cellular constant and the classical studies of Shaffer have shown the importance of its amount in the cells. The quantity of water retained by the cells is largely determined by the ratio between cholesterol and fatty acids of the cells.”

According to the same source …

“We could find thus that organs of old animals, perfused with saline to wash them from their blood, are richer in fatty acids and poorer in sterols than those of young individuals. The cellular lipidic abnormality, corresponding to aged persons, would correspond to a quantitative predominance of fatty acids. Their analysis showed that these fatty acids correspond qualitatively to those normally encountered in the organisms and especially to the polyunsaturated members.”

According to the same source …

“While a high or low amount in both plasmatic and cellular cholesterol would indicate an excess or lack of this substance, the discordance between these two data would correspond to an offbalance. A high cellular, with a relatively normal or low plasmatic cholesterol, corresponds thus to an abnormal cholesterol offbalance predominant at the cellular level, while a relatively low cellular and high plasmatic cholesterol, to the opposite offbalance. By now considering cholesterol in its anti-fatty acid role, these changes permit further interpretation.”

<>

Lowering cholesterol in the bloodstream without raising it in the cells is worse than doing nothing at all.

Imbalancing an imbalance is a poor excuse for a cure.

A woman with cystitis was “cured” after I convinced her that it wasn’t a good idea for her to have dinner with her boyfriend.

She was “pissed off” at him.

She realized I had a point en route to the hospital … and her pain instantly disappeared.

She turned her car around and drove home instead.

RED-FLAG LANGUAGING indicators influencing bladder challenges include “I’m pissed off,” “it scared the piss out of me,” etc.

Ear problems can represent not wanting to hear something.

RED-FLAG LANGUAGING indicators influencing ear challenges include “I don’t want to hear it,” “I’m turning a deaf ear on that,” “children should be seen and not heard,” “please leave the room while I tell Daddy something,” etc.

Eye problems can represent not seeing things the way someone else sees them (disagreements).

In Tucson, while walking to the store, I thought of a girlfriend. Immediately, a gnat flew into my right eye and irritated it.

Walking home, the same place reminded me of her again, and another gnat flew into my right eye and irritated it.

I stomped inside the room I rented, thinking, “Now I’ll think about her in a gnat-free environment.”

As soon as I thought of her, my eyelid scratched my cornea, and my eye teared for the better part of an hour.

RED-FLAG LANGUAGING indicators influencing eye challenges include “I see,” “look here,” “I don’t want to see it,” “I don’t see things that way,” “I see through you,” “look me straight in the eye,” “he’s blind as a bat,” “she’s the apple of my eye,” “she gave me the eye,” “he has his eye on me,” “he looks up to me,” “he’s squint-eyed [prejudiced] about it,” “you mustn’t look,” “seeing is believing,” “the eye is the window to the soul,” “love is blind,” “it’s the blind leading the blind,” “he can’t see past his nose,” “he’s got eyes in the back of his head,” “he gave me the evil eye,” “it’s an eye for an eye,” “the mote in your brother’s eye,” “hindsight is easier than foresight,” “he’s so mad he can’t see straight,” etc.

A certain billionaire casino mogul is going blind with retinitis pigmentosa.

He’s donating $25 million to genetic and stem cell research instead of “looking into” WHO is the matter with him.

    Let’s say it’s a woman.

It’s not her “fault” IN, OF, or BY herself.

It’s how the person with the trauma (shock) REACTS to the woman.

Maybe he could avoid “looking into” WHO is the matter with him by using red light therapy.

Using far red visible light combined with a brain carrier protein might save his sight.

Hi Atom, what is a far red visible light ? a brain carrier protein ?

Far red VISIBLE light ranges from 650nm to 700nm — the most effective range for wound healing, etc.

Don’t confuse visible red with “far red light,” 710nm to 850nm.

A brain carrier protein delivers “far red visible light” to specific target sites, including those red light can’t usually reach.

Re: What type light do I need to buy?

A 670nm light is your highest choice.

Re: What foods provide a brain carrier protein?

Saffron is the only one I know about … so far.
