CO2 & the Diamond Body

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“Carbon dioxide is suffused throughout you. It is excess gas but the necessary principle within you.”

“Carbon dioxide controls death and eternal functioning.”

“The carbon dioxide in a baby’s first dump is a print-out of the life’s karma.”

“Yawning chelates carbon dioxide — oxygen dilates and carbon dioxide constricts.”

“Grace is intracellular effervescence of the carbon dioxide.”

“Breath is sonics already. Do simran till you’re blue in the face.”

“Karma is carbon dioxide. Karma is an OK word for an agricultural environment.”

“Carbon dioxide is Matter acting on Matter. Hydrogen is Energy acting on Matter. Nitrogen is Consciousness acting on Matter. Oxygen is Energy acting on Energy.”

“Carbon dioxide is necessary for the Diamond Body.”

George Catlin wrote about “Buteyko Breathing” in 1870 — 53 years before Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko was born.

There’s nothing new under the Sun.

George Catlin (Shut Your Mouth and Save Your Life, 1870) wrote …

“In natural sleep, man breathes but little air; his pulse is low; and in the most perfect state of repose he almost ceases to exist. This is necessary, and most widely ordered, that his lungs, as well as his limbs, may rest from the labour and excitements of the day.”

David Jubb (Jubbs Cell Rejuvenation, 2006) wrote …

“Carbon dioxide is a relaxer and smooth-muscle dilator, and it holds the body’s magnetic force. Quieting the heart and breath rate down maintains carbon dioxide at 7% inside a cell.”

According to the same source …

“Half of the people on the Earth are presently over-breathing. Over-breathers seriously reduce the level of carbon dioxide in the body, which can result in hypocapnia”

According to the same source …

“The body has a greater ability to clear carbon dioxide than to keep it. A quiet breath that is non-localized (conscious emptiness) assists in holding sufficient carbon in body cells.”

Over-breathing results in OVER-ALKALINITY — tetany and aging at its worst; restraint of cancer at its best.

Under-breathing results in OVER-ACIDITY — coma and cancer at its worst, longevity and the Diamond Body at its best.

Atom Bergstrom (Acidify Or Die: The Myth of the Benefits of an Alkaline Diet, 2017 edition) wrote …

“An acidic environment spirally coils DNA to build tissue whereas an alkaline environment uncoils DNA to tear down and renovate tissue.”

Atom’s Body Dowsing is passive muscle response testing.

You don’t move the muscles. The muscles move you.

The muscle tester applies NO pressure. The testee’s muscles provide the pressure.

Hello Atom! So two questions from this excellent blog entry:

    1) If “Over-breathing results in OVER-ALKALINITY — tetany”, and tetany has been linked to bruxism (teeth grinding at night), could over-breathing be a causative factor in bruxism, or is that too far a stretch? If not, could under-breathing be a solution to that condition?

    2) If “Under-breathing results in OVER-ACIDITY — coma and cancer at its worst, longevity and the Diamond Body at its best”, could you please provide a link or a brief description as to how one can learn the technique to under-breath properly to get on the path to the Diamond Body?

      1) Yes, stress and inflammation are from over-alkalinity, so proper acidity is therapeutic.

      2) Inhale in the right nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath in for the count of seven.

Exhale out the left nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath out to the count of seven.

Inhale in the left nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath in to the count of seven.

Exhale out the right nostril to the count of seven.

Hold the breath for the count of seven.

Continue on until you can hold to ten … then 15 … and so forth.
