Controlling Your Gall Bladder

Re: Some forms of therapy link challenges to gallbladder health to emotional issues like “anger over territorial conflicts”, such as disputes over having control in how things are done at home, who is really “in charge” at work, or a chronic battle with neighbors over an annoying noise maker in the neighborhood. What are some ways people experiencing this type of anger can learn to really let it go and release any attachment to “territory” without ending up with the trauma of feeling “abandoned” or “homeless”?

“The best revenge is massive success,” according to Frank Sinatra.

“I did it my way,” is another gall bladder mantra.

The gall bladder loves to cheer and jeer loud enough to rattle the pitcher at a ball game.

<>

“GALL” stands for bold, impudent behavior …

audacity, impudence, insolence, impertinence, effrontery, cheekiness, cockiness, presumption, disrespect, shamelessness, chutzpah, sass, etc. — conduct considered “disruptive behavior” by psychologists.

<>

The heart arouses “courage,” and the gall bladder, “gall.”

It takes courage to belch, and gall to fart.

<>

Eastern Medicine regards hope, optimism, and “visions of the future waiting to be realized” as attributes of the gall bladder.

The gall bladder is alleged to be the “Official of Decision-Making and Judgment.”

It’s associated with the need for CONTROL.

<>

The gall bladder helps one stay in control of (1) oneself and of (2) one’s external conditions.

<>

According to the Yellow Ley (Adano Ley) …

“We are here to control the environment, not own it. We hold three ounces of borrowed environment.”

According to the White Ley (Greg Whiteley) …

“I don’t only think we have a right to control our environment. I think we have an obligation to control our environment.”

<>

What do you do for your gall bladder before you get control?

Shouting or screaming are beneficial to the gall bladder, especially when combined with a punching and kicking.

The martial arts attacking shout is your higher choice.

It starts in the lower abdomen, and resonates throughout the body.

The Primal Scream is closer to a terrified shriek than an attacking shout.

Perhaps it services the urinary bladder as much or more than the gall bladder.

Tantrum Yoga is your highest choice.

<>

Always remember …

“Confucius say, ‘It is only when a mosquito lands on your testicles that you realize there is always a way to solve problems without using violence.'”

<>

The urinary bladder controls a child until he learns to control it.

The gall bladder controls a yogi until he learns to control it.

<>

Re: Can the abdominal region be exposed to color therapy — with things like colored pieces of felt or Colored Light Therapy — to help resolve both the emotional and physical traumas of the gallbladder simultaneously, and if so which colors would be optimal?

Do Rainbow Resolving in a martial arts stance …

“Now it’s coming out in black, gray, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, indigo, violet, white.

“Feel your whole body filled with white light.

“Feel your whole body growing bigger and stronger.

“Feel the whole room filled with white light.

“Feel your whole body growing as big as the room.

“Feel your whole body growing as big as the house, as big as the planet, as big as the universe.

“Feel your whole body filled with white light.”

<>

The trauma color depends on the nature of the trauma …

Red is moving

Orange is sex

Yellow is decision

Etc.

An isolated trauma color stays in STASIS.

Put the trauma IN FLOW with Rainbow Resolving.

Go with the flow, and ride with the tide.

And quiver with the river.

Vitamin D: The Sunshine Vitamin, by Atom Bergstrom

If you’re buying your vitamin D, you’re playing the dozens with your uncle’s cousins.

Buying a bottle of vitamin D is like buying a bottle of zeroes.

You can manufacture your own vitamin D in as little as two minutes without even exposing yourself to the sun.

And, contrary to the vitamin D hucksters, you can store vitamin D for much longer than you’re told.

Also, the upper limit of vitamin D is much lower than you probably think (because of pervasive marketing brainwashing).

Mother Nature has a Winter Plan, and drug and supplement sellers don’t want you to know diddly-squat about it.

How do the whales in Alaska get their vitamin D? Swim down to Baja California every day and return to Alaska every night?

Or maybe it’s the krill they eat that make the commute so the whales can stay home and spout their blowholes?

    1) “Eastern Medicine regards hope, optimism, and “visions of the future waiting to be realized” as attributes of the gall bladder”
Since I started eating solar – I started being more hopeful, optimist and becoming more crystal clear with regards to my future.

    2) “What do you do for your gall bladder before you get control?

So, shouting or screaming can be therapeutic for the gallbladder?

Since I started eating solar, I started standing up to others more, started standing up for myself, my beliefs and my values. Is that a sign that my gallbladder is doing better?

    Thoughts?

    THanks

Body Dowsing would confirm that it’s getting better.

Re: What do you do for your gall bladder before you get control?

Push the envelope … a little at a time.

I was given the following five exercises to do in only one week when I belonged to a Gurdjeiff group in Houston …

    1) Hand out dollar bills to at least five strangers. If they ask why you’re doing it, just reply, “Because I want to give it to you.”

    2) Order dinner at an expensive restaurant, but don’t bring your wallet. (Come back and pay for your meal later.)

    3) Order a steak at a restaurant, and no matter how well it’s cooked keep sending it back to the cook, complaining it’s not done enough.

    4) I forgot what this one was, but it wasn’t as hard as Number 5.

    5) Stand up in church and yell, “Bullshit!” during the sermon.

I was only able to do the first two, and some members of the group couldn’t even do one.

Only one group member did all five, but he lost his voice in church, so he just scowled and stomped out.

THESE ARE DIFFICULT “TASKS” FOR MANY PEOPLE, so taking a public speaking class is a great first step.

Becoming a door-to-door salesman is a good gall bladder strengthener.

Re: Why is “Becoming a door-to-door salesman is a good gall bladder strengthener”?

        According to Benjamin Noble …

“Door-to-door salesmen are a dying breed, and for good reason. It’s reckless to knock on random peoples’ doors uninvited.”

It takes “gall” to knock on all those doors.

Mark Cuban sold garbage bags, George Clooney sold insurance, Reed Hastings and Willie Nelson sold vacuum cleaners, Clint Black sold newspaper subscriptions — all door-to-door.

I sold magazines door-to-door while in high school, but only lasted three days.

A bee stung me on my Large Intestine Meridian finger while listening to our boss explaining how the best salesmen are so good at lying they believe their own lies.

The Large Intestine is a “shunt” to the gall bladder.

            1) prune at Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 a.m.) to stimulate the gastro-colonic reflex.

            2) walking at Large Intestine Time (5:00-7:00 a.m.) to augment the ortho-colonic reflex.

    Greetings!

These exercises seem to allow the user to move outside of his/her comfort zone and develope more..galll I guess. Is that correct?

Yep. But such exercises can backfire and leave a person with residual trauma.

      Two rules to remember …

The Clint Eastwood Rule: “A man’s got to know his limitations.”

The I Ching Rule: “There must be limitation even on limitation.”

“2) walking at Large Intestine Time (5:00-7:00 a.m.) to augment the ortho-colonic reflex.”

Does that include walking around the house? It`s snowing like crazy here right now and walking outside at that hour of fthe day is not really an option as temperatures have been reaching -5, – 10 centigrade quite easily.

How about some Irish tap dancing and some freeform dancing at Large Intestine Time?

    Thanks

        Good to know.

If I can`t get prunes for Stomach Time to stimulate the colon – what`s my next best choice? Dried figs? Dried dates?

        Thanks
