    There’s three Transition Times in Solar Nutrition …

    12:30-1:00 a.m. – Zone Three & Zone One foods can be combined, e.g., onion bottoms & figs.

    11:30-12:00 p.m. – Zone One & Zone Two foods can be combined, e.g., figs & onion tops.

    6:30-7:00 p.m. – Zone Two & Zone Three foods can be combined, e.g., pickle & sardine.

    Yes, onions and figs are synergistic and therapeutic.

    Hi again Atom, great show as usual…
    Did I hear you say that there is a a color wheel that VISUALLY takes you through all the colors to release engrams? Also, is it necessary to yawn while looking at them?
    BTW, you should make one of those phone applications with the color wheel, so ppls can do it anywhere anytime, how about that?;-)
    PS Still can’t fully yawn:-(

      Trauma and engrams store in color.

      The human aura is an indicator of color rejection.

      “Clear” is in the ear, not in the eye. :)

      My friend Anke Nowicki works with this rotating color wheel, but (to my knowledge) doesn’t sell them …

    – can you pls elaborate on another idea you mentioned in the show: “recycling your fats so that them don’t get rancid in your body”? 36 yers round the sun, and I eat approximately 60-70% of my calories from fats: every day I consume coconut oil (4 tbsp) and olive oil (1 tbsp), butter (1 heaping tbsp) plus fatty meats, full fat meats, eggs, and 2 tbsp lecithin a day…now you can see WHY that idea you mentioned would interest me! ;-) For exercise, I rebound 20 min most days, and try to go for a walk 1-2 times a week
    – You talked about colonics a lot… I try to do 1-2 Coffee enemas a week lately, and I honestly think that they clean me out just as well as the colonics – my colon feels totally evacuated and clean, and the stomach completely flat… The only thing – get high and can’t sleep well at night, even though I take same sleep supplements as I do every day… I always had sleep problems and have chronically elevated cortisol levels, but I would hate to have to give up the CE… So I guess I am asking f you think they really help with cleaning the liver and gallbladder, as well as colon as I “feel” they do, and what can I do to mitigate the increased insomnia on the days I take them?

      It takes another fat to push one out.

      If you’re familiar with the beaches of Southern California, the fastest way to get tar off your feet is with another lipid, e.g., olive oil, motor oil, mayonnaise, etc.

      If colonics are done correctly, only twelve are necessary – providing you avoid melted cheese, popcorn, deep-fried fats, black pepper, and don’t abuse bran, including oat bran.

      Insomnia is usually engram-related.

    Vitamins A, E, D,and K – and “vitamin C ester” – are fat-soluble.

    Fat is essential to their effectiveness.

    The form of vitamin A in a pistachio is “prepackaged” by Ma Nature to protect against glare.

    Many of the 600 different types of carotenoids absorb spectral radiation from 420 to 500 nanometers (violet through turquoise) to protect the eyes from photodamage – and pistachios are at the top of the list. :)

    Yes, even sunglasses advertising “99 percent of UV is blocked” can do this because it’s 99 percent horizontal (wide) blockage, not vertical (deep).

    Incidentally, full-spectrum fluorescent lighting is a health hazard (for several reasons) when used in the late afternoon, evening, or early morning.

    General Electric developed the incandescent light for both health and safety reasons, deliberately modeling it after the emission spectrum of wood fire.

    This was before GE “sold out” and went nuclear. :(

    Unfortunately, scientists were smarter and more socially responsible back in the 1920s.

    Today’s scientists are “so smart they outsmart themselves.”

    Do you remember the Ron Cobb cartoon showing a smug man looking down his nose at a frog looking back at him while he presses a button on a hand-held box that blows the top off his skull in an atomic explosion?

    It was titled, “Man Demonstrating His Superiority Over the Animals.”
