Bodybuilder Casey Viator (1951-2013) was was the main subject of the “Colorado Experiment” in 1973.

He did High Intensity Training (HIT) on Nautilus machines for 28 days …

1) gaining 45.28 pounds of overall weight

2) losing 17.93 pounds of fat

3) gaining 63.21 pounds of lean muscle mass

Another little-known time Casey Viator gained 75 pounds of overall weight in three days.

“Muscle memory” and “genetics” were only minor factors.

Adano Ley pointed to the image of a bodybuilder on a can of protein powder, saying …

“Give me this guy for half an hour, and I’ll make him burp and fart all his muscles away!”

A clue to this principle was given in a 2004 interview with Casey Viator, when he said …

“Most of the people I train do cardiovascular work at least three times a week. It brings a certain kind of hardness and quality of muscle you can’t get from anything else.”

This corresponds to a man’s firm erection and to what bodybuilders call the “pump.”

Gaining as little as five pounds in an otherwise healthy adult is enough to raise blood pressure, according to the Mayo Clinic.

But the same thing works in reverse.

Raised blood pressure can cause weight gain.

Three seemingly unrelated facts are …

1) Mountaineers bleed out of their noses and lungs due to tidal/volume pressure dynamics.

2) Casey Viator developed high blood pressure and congestive heart disease.

3) “A tranquil heart gives life to the body, but envy makes the bones rot.”

Experiment Number 1 …

Lift a straw filled with water out of a glass holding your finger at the other end of the straw.

The water stays in the straw until your finger is removed from the end of the straw.

Experiment Number 2 …

Place a postcard over a glass, and turn the glass upside down, holding the postcard in place with your finger.

Carefully remove your finger and the postcard won’t fall.

There’s no air in the glass to push against the postcard.

Experiment Number 3 …

Place your lips against a Bernoulli bag, and blow into it as hard as you can.

It takes numerous breaths (and a lot of work) to fill it with air.

But if you hold the Bernoulli bag a foot or so away from your face, you can fill it with air with a single breath…

Hi Atom, could you please extrapolate on blood pressure a bit? What is the optimal pressure? Is it good to have higher/lower systolic vs. diastolic? Is it bad to have 110 by 70 mmHg, which is on the lower end. Is the arithmetic difference between systolic diastolic a sigh of a healthy heart? Is high blood pressure primarily due to gunk in blood making it thick or is it mostly due to bad nerves, stress..

Normal blood pressure, according to Swami Nitty-Gritty, is 100/60 mm Hg.

He lived it as Energy Incarnate, not even stopping to sleep.

“Normal” blood pressure, according to Moronic Monolithic Mainstream Medicine, is supposed to be 120/80 mm Hg.

My co-author of Yes No Maybe: Chronobiotic Nutrition has a blood pressure of 99/60 mm Hg.

Her nickname is “Turbo” because she can’t sit still.

Normal blood pressure during hibernation, according to Nitty-Gritty, is 60/20 mm Hg.

I’m currently writing a series of blog entries relating to blood pressure and circulation on our Sun Sync Nutrition Website …

The heart isn’t responsible for the circulation of the blood.

The Heart Meridian is an assistant to the Circulation-Sex and Lung meridians.
