Re: What can I do to increase my semen volume?

(1) Avoid supplemental melatonin.

Melatonin is anti-gonadal. It decreases libido.

Non-supplemental melatonin is an OUTCOME of the harmonization of multiple circadian oscillators.

It’s a PRODUCT of the complexity of multiple clock systems.

Adding melatonin “to the mix” in pill form uncouples these biological pacemakers.

Scientists wrote (2005) …

“… the temporal coordination of a multi-oscillator system is essential for producing robust circadian rhythms of gene expression and biological activity.”

Melatonin reduces glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity, decreasing libido.

Hyperglycemia and diabetes are “sex-killers.”

(2) Manufacture your own internal melanin.

Melanin is pro-gonadal. It increases libido.

Melatonin is a brain chemical (stimulated by the color purple), while melanin is a heart and liver chemical (stimulated by the color scarlet).

Growth Zone One foods capable of upgrading melanin production include …

almonds, avocado, bananas, Brazil nuts, cocoa, coffee, chocolate, etc.

Growth Zone Two foods include …

beans, clarified butter, cream, eggplants, lima beans, pumpkin seeds, red wine, sesame seeds, soy products, etc.

Growth Zone Three foods include …

carrots, mushrooms, oysters, radishes, shellfish, truffles, etc.

I’m referring to melanin throughout the body.

Skin color is not an indicator of endogenous melanin.

I don’t have it in black & white anymore, but I vaguely remember reading (a.o.) …

    (1) Postponing orgasm keeps making more prostate fluid?

    (2) Each day at a certain time, semen would be broken down and built back up. In other words, the best time to have sex with max amout of semen would be some time before that?

I forgot those times (if correct at all…)

And (2) also goes against the feeling that you can “save up” to have more. So I wonder if that is really the case, or if one just gets that impression for another reason (e.g. because the whole ejaculation system has healed a bit longer and therefore feels stronger or can move more out)

    (3) Does sperm count actually make a real difference in total amount or is it 99% the added prostate fluid that matters (for enjoyment purposes). In the latter case, sperm count increasing foods may only matter for fertility?

Furthermore I guess drinking enough water may help and the other tricks you shared (Zone 3 fish & eggs).

    (1) Postponing orgasm makes more fluid and sperm for a short time.

Then they are both assimilated back into the body.

    (2) Swami Nitty-Gritty said, “You have a certain amount of energy to use every day. If you don’t use it, you lose it.”

    (3) Both the sperm and its environment are important, esp. the environment of the uterus, mostly responsible for sperm capacitation.

Water is an asset to all marine life, including sperm. :)

Do you mean to tell me that timing is everything? ;)

    (2) Re: Swami Nitty-Gritty said, “You have a certain amount of energy to use every day. If you don’t use it, you lose it.”

What time could one get “everything”? :D (from my vague memories, I would guess around 3 p.m. would be M.S.P. (Maximum Semen Potential) ;)

    (3) Re: Both the sperm and its environment are important, esp. the environment of the uterus, mostly responsible for sperm capacitation.

It seems you answered this one from the fertility perspective? Thanks :) My intention was more to learn if you can forego all sperm count increasing foods if they actually don’t contribute that much at all to semen volume (which I don’t know…)

And to take full advantage of the occasional sex blog, something that just “came up”…:

    (4) Many have probably heard of the way guys like David Carradine or Michael Hutchence *may* have died… (accidental / autoerotic asphyxiation)

Is there any breathing technique tip that enhances the orgasm that *does* have a point of return? ;)
Like taking a few deep breaths just before, or on the contrary…?

By the way folks, I’m not the one asking the original question, but I sure appreciate it ;)

Thank You for your exper-tease! :-P

Maximum semen potential probably occurs around Urinary Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 p.m.).

Sperm and semen are definitely in separate categories.

The greatest semen reservoir I’ve ever heard of is Puerto Rican porn star T.T. Boy.

He was able to ejaculate a large volume of semen at least every 5 minutes for over 90 minutes.

He credited it to eating multiple super-sized cans of tuna per day.

I’ve definitely heard of autoerotic asphyxiation.

It’s the surest way to get an erection, but, of course, it’s exceeding dangerous and inadvisable.

So, yes, breath control is essential to an erection, as well as brain, reflex, dermatome, and myotome mastery over T-10 to L2 and S2 to S4.

    Thanks! :)

I once saw a guy come for about a minute with massive amounts of semen, and I don’t think it was fake or the same 10 secs from 6 different angles. It was funnily awesome to watch :D I now wonder if it was him…
