Iron and vitamin C in food are important for the large intestine.

      Examples are …

      (1) Peaches (vitamin C) and prunes (iron) for breakfast.

(2)Tomatoes (vitamin C) and raisins (iron) for lunch.

      (3) Pineapple (vitamin C) and beets (iron) for supper.

Do you have any learning documents on eye iridology that I could start studying now ?

If you can find them in their English translations on the Internet, the two medical iris analysis textbooks of Josef Deck are 99% of what you need, John. :)

        HI Atom,

What are your thoughts on Jensen / Bodeen iridology material?

        Thank you!

Drs. Jensen and Bodeen are amateurs (at least when it comes to iridology) compared to the German school – Josef Deck, Theodor Krieg, Paul H. Stuetzer, etc.

Incidentally, I attended Dr. Jensen’s final workshop a month or so before he went on his cosmic vacation.

I’m pretty sure I met Dr. Bodeen there too.

Josef Deck is the greatest – bar none – of all iridologists and he’s not even mentioned on Wikipedia!

Dr. Stuetzer is still alive and practicing irisdiagnosis and acupuncture.

I took an iridology workshop from him in the 1970s in Kansas City.

Do you think it would be hard to learn iridology or take several years for someone with no previous medical training etc. ?

If you focus on anything with laser-like activity, you’ll eventually become an “expert.”

Irisdiagnosis has always been a side-issue for me.

Although I’ve examined hundreds of irises with a slit lamp and otherwise, I still don’t consider myself an expert.

The only “experts” in iridology I’ve ever met are Paul H. Stuetzer and, of course, Swami Nitty-Gritty.

Most of the others are doing “pop iridology.”

As soon as an iridologist says, “You have parasites,” hide your wallet.
