Pine nuts are anti-wrinkling agents.

Here’s a Pine Nut Protocol …

Growth Zone 1: pine nuts with brown rice for breakfast

Growth Zone 2: cooked pine nuts with brown rice for lunch

Growth Zone 3: soaked pine nuts with brown rice for dinner

The pine nuts should be hydrated for no less than six hours and no more than 72 hours (the same as for almonds).

For flexible skin, connective tissue, and elasticity, do this for 28 days.

Don’t miss a single meal for best results.

Other “on time” foods can be eaten along with the pine nuts and rice.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty), the pine nut is …

“the only nut that inhibits the breakdown of connective tissues. There’s no sodium around a pine tree.”

Know the source of your pine nuts. “Pine nut syndrome” (metallaguesia) is caused by the Pinus armandii variety of white pine nut.

Pinus armandii is “unfit for human consumption,” according to the European Commission.

Odor is at least partly if not mostly vibrational (swipe card model).

Drs. Lloyd H. Beck and Walter R. Miles of Yale University validated the “hot nose” theory back in 1947.

One type of odor is an infrared heat frequency, and it’s a “broadcast sense.”

The nose can send infrared heat waves ~to~ what it’s smelling, not the other way around.

This is simple heat physics. Heat doesn’t travel ~to~ you.

Many odors are detected by radio-receptors in the nose.

They can penetrate a sealed thallium-bromide-iodide window, but ordinary glass will deflect them.

      They are shorter and squatter.

It’s mostly (maybe exclusively?) an issue with Chinese pine nuts.
