Thyroid Gland In Three Phases

Will the real Master Gland please stand up?

Most people think it’s the pituitary gland, the pea-sized organ at the base of the brain.

But what if it were the thyroid gland, the butterfly-shaped “low rider” on the front of the neck?

<>

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“The thyroid maintains volitional control with the nitrogen. It is a thermostat regulating heat in three phases.”

Nitrogen = Will.

Hydrogen = Power.

Triple Heater = Three Phases (Positive, Negative, Neutral).

<>

Sticking out your tongue is the best exercise for the thyroid.

A terminally ill patient can’t stick out their tongue, and a stroke victim’s tongue points to the left or right.

<>

Here’s another thyroid exercise …

Lightly grasp your thyroid area between your extended thumb and folded forefinger (hitchhiking gesture).

Rock your thyroid back and forth from left to right while blinking your eyes.

It’s ideal if you can train yourself to rock your thyroid and blink your eyes at two different speeds.

<>

Here’s another thyroid exercise …

Stretch your mouth out sideways as far as it can go.

You’ll activate the entire neck, including your thyroid and hyoid bone (more about it later).

Ever see the 1998 movie Holy Man, starring Eddie Murphy?

Remember the Insta-Tuck scene when Morgan Fairchild’s mouth gets stretched out?

That’s the exercise, but minus the electric current.

Restoring the thyroid to health can resolve many health issues, including bed-wetting.

Herbert Ewan Waller (Theory and Practice of Thyroid Therapy, 1911) wrote …

“Leonard Williams shows that one of the most important functions of the thyroid gland is that of fixing the calcium salts of the body. He points out further the relationship of thyroid activity to menstruation and pregnancy, and enumerates various minor signs of thyroid insufficiency, such as the presence of enlarged tonsils and adenoids, which are an attempt on the part of the organism to supply a secretion that is lacking. His evidence that nocturnal enuresis [bed-wetting] is due to failure of thyroid function is indisputable.”

<>

The thyroid is a shunt to the pancreas, and the pancreas is a shunt to the urinary bladder.

Michael Landon (1936-1991) was a bed-wetter, and he developed pancreatic cancer.

The 1976 made-for-TV movie, The Loneliest Runner, produced by Michael Landon, was based on his own life and his bed-wetting.

    Blue light at midday helps set circadian rhythms.

    Fish don’t need wristwatches because of blue light.

    Early morning and late afternoon are the best times for red light due to opponent process color compensation.

    That’s why shadows are green at sunrise and sunset.

    Morning is ideal if you factor in the spectral “fingerprints” of the atomic elements according to the Midnight-Noon Law.
