A Day of Solar Eating
By Atom Bergstrom
Re: I would love to know a day of eating for you. What does that look like?
Here’s a recent example of my Solar Nutrition style of eating.
I’d eat more if I weren’t living a couch potato lifestyle by earning my living on the internet.
Thanks to all of you who are buying our e-books and videos.
15 soaked almonds, 5 pistachios, 3 cashews, 3 Barhi dates, 1 walnut, 1 peach, 1 fig, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 soaked dried prune, coffee with sugar.
Raw cheese, lentils (soaked, cooked, and dextrinized), 6 Early Girl tomatoes (dextrinized), beet leaves (cooked and dextrinized), raw cucumber slices (soaked in salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and mustard).
Afternoon Pickup …
Salted organic tomato juice.
Another Afternoon Pickup …
Coffee, sugar, and whole raw cream.
2 hard-boiled eggs (mixed in pineapple juice, salt, sugar, and mustard), 3 small potatoes, 1/2 beetroot, 1 clove garlic.
Evening Pickup …
I eat more when I’m not on the computer most of the day.
Vibrant Gal’s eating is very similar, but without sauces and drinking a lot less coffee.
I’ve been eating On Time (Solar Nutrition) since 1975, starting several months before meeting Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty).
It’s worked quite well for me, and even better since cherry-picking some of Ray Peat’s suggestions.
People who eat in restaurants can easily follow Solar Nutrition too.
I did a lot of restaurant eating back in the day, but became a voluntary hermit several years before corona restrictions.
