Shock quickly alkalizes the body and makes it susceptible to CALCINOSIS – calcification of any soft tissue as a response to any soft tissue damage.

The quickest route to alkalinity and calcification of soft tissues is exposure to ionizing radiation.

The slowest route to alkalinity and calcification of soft tissues is aging.

The average person is most alkaline at middle age, NOT “old” age.

Old age is essentially an acidic and inappropriate defense against middle age and subsequent aging.

Old age is looking for youth in all the wrong places – the wrong hierarchical levels (referred to in my last blog entry).

Combining essential fatty acids (EFAs are actually alkalizing) with calcium supplements (very alkalizing) puts the “age” in “middle age.”

This combination also sets up an adrenal anti-inflammatory response and acidic defense to “buffer” middle age.

Calcium supplements alone are capable of mobilizing the body’s own essential fatty acids to activate this adrenal response.

Menopause relates to middle age – plus “middle age spread” and breast calcification.

Middle age is when alkalinity and calcium overpower acidity and iron.

The reason we use fish oils in the first place is due to the research of Emanuel Revici, M.D. (1896-1998), yet his caveats about overuse – as brief as six weeks – were totally ignored by other scientists.

What’s wrong with this picture? Dr. Revici was probably the greatest medical genius of the Twentieth Century, and he doesn’t even rate a Wikipedia page.

    Hi Atom,
I´m shocked ! Am I in middle age? 49 ? I think/ feel I´m 23,about that. I know that I do behave like 23. So,almonds,Brazil nuts, and walnuts in te morning, seeds, cheese, veggies, and dried herbs in the afternoon and fish and fish oil at night would be good for the middle age “group“? Of course the cobalamin tonic forever for the hormones. :))))))))) Tons of hugs!!!:))))))

    Atom,

Now, I am confused about whether or not fish oil is good. I have heard you say that it is inflammatory. Is it OK to take it for a short time (under six weeks) and does age have anything to do with it?

Fish oil is especially important for children, teenagers, and people over sixty or seventy.

This indirectly relates to children and the elderly with weaker immune systems being almost invulnerable to hantavirus while twentysomethings to fiftysomethings with stronger immune systems are most vulnerable.

Chronic use of fish oil is no problem if its taken at night … unless calcium and/or magnesium supplements are also being used.

Calcium in a food is a synergistic nutriment.

Calcium in a pill is a partitioned drug.

PS: I’ll see you in Santa Barbara one of these days sooner than later!
