Hello Atom! So two questions from this excellent blog entry:
1) If “Over-breathing results in OVER-ALKALINITY — tetany”, and tetany has been linked to bruxism (teeth grinding at night), could over-breathing be a causative factor in bruxism, or is that too far a stretch? If not, could under-breathing be a solution to that condition?
2) If “Under-breathing results in OVER-ACIDITY — coma and cancer at its worst, longevity and the Diamond Body at its best”, could you please provide a link or a brief description as to how one can learn the technique to under-breath properly to get on the path to the Diamond Body?

1) Yes, stress and inflammation are from over-alkalinity, so proper acidity is therapeutic.
2) Inhale in the right nostril to the count of seven.
Hold the breath in for the count of seven.
Exhale out the left nostril to the count of seven.
Hold the breath out to the count of seven.
Inhale in the left nostril to the count of seven.
Hold the breath in to the count of seven.
Exhale out the right nostril to the count of seven.
Hold the breath for the count of seven.
Continue on until you can hold to ten … then 15 … and so forth.

how long do you recommend bag breathing before bed? what is the best technique for bag breathing for pre bed C02?

Three to five minutes is what we do. The technique is simply holding the PAPER bag over the nose and mouth and breathing into it.
Meditation before bedtime helps generate the most CO2.
Eating something sweet does too.
