Re: How can I gain weight?

It’s possible to gain weight by un-yawning as well as lose weight by yawning.

A single fat cell can expand up to 1,000 times.

If that’s too much of a conceptual leap, here are some other ways to gain weight …

Eat well-cooked (even over-cooked) food.

Mash, blend, grind, tenderize, and/or dextrinize your food as much as possible.

Do NOT juice it unless you can do it without adding additional water.

All of the above goes for eggs and meat too.

Cooked eggs are easily digested (compared to raw eggs), and cooking meat jellifies collagen.

(Unlike vegetables, don’t over-cook meat. Cooking denatures collagen but it toughens muscle fibers.)

Don’t eat STALE cooked starchy food. Starch can actually “un-cook” itself.

If you choose a healthy brain, eat cooked food.

If you choose a healthy heart, eat raw food.

If you “walk the razor’s edge,” eat 80% raw and 20% cooked, and eat your food ON TIME and IN TIME.

Black tea at midday will help you gain weight as long as you drink it an hour or two after eating solid food.

Well-cooked soups are not off limit. Despite the extra liquid, dextrinized soups will still promote weight gain.

A stew containing less liquid is a higher choice than soup.

Ask yourself …

“Why do I want to gain weight?”

“Why do I want to build muscle?”

“How much weight or muscle is enough?”

      Hi Atom!
      Whats your suggestion about egg yolk? Does overly cooked yolk is still good or not ?what your idea for raw egg yolk, like on Dr Mercola website ,which say egg white should be cooked but raw egg yolk is more better
      Like u explain how to dextrinize starchy foods properly, if u can suggest the cooking time for boil egg it will be so great :)

        According to the Belgian study, cooking increases protein absorption (by the time it reaches the ileum) by about 40 percent.

        I bring my water to a boil with an egg in it, then let it boil for another 4 or 5 minutes.

        Century egg (1,000-year-old egg) offers even better protein absorption … and the iron and calcium don’t oppose each other like in ordinary eggs (chicken, duck, quail, etc.).

    hey atom can you give an example or explain this for me please…..Subtlely change the axis of rotation on EVERY REP of EVERY SET you do – including the synergistic muscles as well as the “target” muscle…thank you!!

      Varying the angle of each rep in 3 dimensions hits muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia at different angles.

      This prevents muscle (1) strain, (2) sprain, and (3) delayed onset muscle soreness.

      Carbon dioxide is the villain, and can cause either of the above to become persistent and chronic, and last for days, weeks, months, years, and even decades.
