“I’m Not Doing That!”

Doris was red-faced, especially when she laughed, a sign of an overactive heart.

She refused to forgive her ex-husband for the way he treated her.

During a Mind Hacking session, her LEFT hand took on a life of its own.

“I’m not doing that!” Doris cried out, as her hand moved in the direction of her neck.

“Stay relaxed and see what happens,” I said.

She watched her hand start working on Heart Meridian 1 (Summit Spring).

It “activates the channel and benefits the arm.”

Heart Channel 1 seems to “activate” both the channel and the arm.

According to Alexander Lowen …

“While the surrender to the body involves the giving up of ego control over feeling, it does not entail a loss of control over actions or behavior. This can occur, however, if the feelings are very strong and the ego too weak. When an individual’s conscious mind is overwhelmed by an excitation which it cannot handle, it can lose its ability to control behavior.”

According to George Gurdjieff …

“Your nervous and restless movements make everyone know, consciously or unconsciously, that you have no authority and are a booby.”

There’s no such thing as an “emotional trauma.”

Our emotions work just fine, thank you!

    Everything is COGNITIVE.

Jaak Panksepp (1943-2017) detailed seven networks of emotion below the neomammalian level of the brain …

    SEEKING / RAGE / FEAR / LUST / CARE / PANIC (GRIEF) / PLAY

    WAR isn’t one of them.

Jaak Panksepp (Affective Neuroscience: The Foundations of Human and Animal Emotions, 1998) wrote …

“At the outset, I wish to make one disclaimer: The most broadly destructive kinds of human aggression — wars between nations and competing cultural groups, as well as many violent crimes — do not arise directly from brain circuits of the type discussed here. These are instrumental acts that arise as willful activities of humans.”

According to the same source …

“Of course, warlike tendencies in humans are ultimately accompanied by many hateful emotions, including avarice, spite, and triumph, but to the best of our meager knowledge, most of these complex feelings are not instinctual potentials of the old mammalian brain. They probably arise from higher brain areas through social learning. Without the neocortical sophistication that we humans possess, other animals simply are not able to have the complex thoughts and feelings about such matters that humans have.”

Fermented foods are a minor source of lactic acid/lactate.

Stress and “dietary error” are major sources.

Lactic acid was the “bad guy” in the 1960s. Today it’s being marketed as a “good guy.”

The British say, “You Americans are funny. First ou heat up tea to make it hot, and add ice cubes to make it cold. Then you add lemon to make it sour, and add sugar to make it sweet.”

    According to Vernon Coleman …

“You know how, if you bend a paperclip you can never get it back to the way it was? Well, that’s our political system. It is bent and cannot be mended. I have long distrusted the party system and it is now clearer than ever that it doesn’t work. Our political system, our administration, our local government, our health care system – they are all rotten to the core. Destroyed by unbridled ambition, greed and the dead hand of the brainwashed, indoctrinated hand-maidens of Common Purpose.”
