Kidney & Kidney Bean Reflexology

The kidney bean is in Geometric Body Resonance with the human kidney.

And the ear.

And the fetus.

<>

Geometric Body Resonance (named by Adano Ley) is also known as …

Anatomical Alliteration (named by Dr. Ralph Alan Dale)

Doctrine of Signatures (dating back to ancient Greece)

<>

SONICS (sound) creates Geometric Body Resonance, stepping down into …

Air, Fire, Water, and Air.

<>

According to Jacob Boehme, “a like tone or sound catches and moves another, and in the sound the spirit imprints its own similitude, which it has conceived in the essence, and brought to form in the principle.”

That’s the definition of Reflexology — reflects / ology.

<>

Geometry determines the Signature.

That’s why a gong — big, small, or in between — always sounds like a gong.

And a cymbal — big, small, or in between — always sounds like a cymbal.

The geometry governs the difference.

<>

An adzuki bean is a small kidney bean.

A kidney bean is a small ear, kidney, and fetus.

An ear is a small kidney.

A right kidney is a small left kidney (by an average of 3 centimeters).

A left kidney is a small fetus (at least after 15 weeks or so).

Now you get the idea, assuming you didn’t already know it, so I might be preaching to the choir.

<>

A well-cooked kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) is beneficial to the kidney.

So is a well-cooked adzuki bean (Vigna angularis).

The emphasis is on “well-cooked.”

<>

Don’t soak beans in cold water. (Regarding soaking, a bean is smarter than a being.)

Boil them for three minutes, then let them stand for two hours.

Pour off the water, and repeat the process two more times.

Now, you’ve eliminated up to 90% of the after-lunch flatulence.

Why lunch? Because that’s the ideal time to eat a bean, especially between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. if you’re intent on sending a Care Package to your kidneys.

<>

Well-cooked (at high temperatures) kidney beans support kidney health.

The emphasis is on high temperatures.

An undercooked kidney bean is actually more toxic than a raw kidney bean.

Anyone eating undercooked kidney beans has been poisoned to a greater or lesser degree.

Most people never notice the difference … but their internal organs always do.

Every internal organ comes with its own “brain.”

It’s the highest choice for the brain inside the skull to learn to communicate with the brains inside the liver, heart, kidneys, etc.

<>

Thorough cooking destroys anti-nutrients, including kidney bean lectin (phytohaeagglutinin).

Lectins recruit the microbiome to make people sick or dead.

Lectins don’t poison germ-free animals.

Unfortunately, we all have intestinal bugs, so it’s best to walk big circles around raw or undercooked lectins.

<>

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“The adzuki bean acts like a diuretic.”

The kidney bean doesn’t, according to him.

So adzuki is the better choice for losing water weight.

Plus, it’s lower in lectins.

Macrobiotic cooks just serve the broth — adzuki bean broth tea.

Brown atrophy of the heart is “old age heart.”

The heart shrivels up like beef jerky.

It’s more about blood pressure and insufficient oxygen than “old age.”

It’s more about biological “old age” than chronological “old age.”

The brown is supplied by lipofuscin, and it’s really the yellow-brown residue of Yellow Fat Disease.

      Hi Atom,
Regarding the cooking of kidney beans…how would cook organic kidney beans from a can that just says to heat up? How long would you cook them?
      Thanks,
      Mark

Canned beans are supposed to be thoroughly precooked.

As long as they’re soft and crumbly, they probably are.

    THANK YOU, ATOM!!!!!! <3 <3

Adano had mentioned a 35 day recycling diet using colored water vessels, sun light and timing…. He said though that water shouldn't be distilled/filtered as needs minerals for electrical purpose with colors but that the water also shouldn't have fluoride.. Is this possible? Would spring water still be fluroidated?

Somewhere in my boxes of notes are the instructions for that 35-day Recycling diet.

Spring water usually has trace amounts of fluoride, which should pose no problem unless it’s excessive.

Sometimes, the deeper the well, the more fluoride. Thousands of people died in India because an American relief agency drilled too deeply and failed to analyze the water.

Would you recommend eating any fish (in-time of course)? You Said you used to eat tuna much and even had a recipe on the old solar man site regarding tuna and green cactus. Delicious. If you had to eat fish would you eat wild salmon (in season) or Halibut or another type? Pray over your food, and then the Karma’s on God. That’s my thinking, too.

Yes, “Avoidance cures nothing,” as Swami Nitty-Gritty often said.

I overdid it on tuna, but salmon would have been worse.

For folks having a taste for wild or even GMO salmon, occasional use is no problem.

Or halibut in or out of season.

(My main gripe against GMO and nano food is I don’t like the idea of corporate robber barons PATENTING what I shove down my throat.)

But buying fish oil, algal oil, or flax oil is a whole other thing. It’s a criminal operation that has mesmerized the top health gurus of this country with corporate marketing shucking & jiving that has co-opted actual science.

Praying or affirming over food works.

I’ve seen numerous examples of weather being affected by thoughts. I’ve done it myself.

      Thanks for this, Matt!

At least Circadian Rhythms are in the news!

Unfortunately, their research is misleading — assigning fictional “clocks” to a space too distant from the skin to make any real difference.

Circadian research has been on a downhill slide since Cold Springs Harbor (a eugenics organization) squashed the research of Professor Frank Brown to fit genetic/eugenic dogma convenient to the fostering of “You can’t have health without gene jockeys.” :( :( :( :( :(
