An orange is the policeman to clean the ascending colon, a tomato is the ambulance to clean the transverse colon, and a pineapple is the wrecker to clean the descending colon.”

“Arthritis is a result of lactic acid and uric acid accumulations, largely from a meat-eating diet, and apple juice helps to dissolve these. Eliminating meat-eating and just taking fish and eggs in the evening is a step toward its cure.”

“Corn oil is the best oil. Ghee or peanut oil is good. If you’re in doubt about using too much oil, add apple cider vinegar.”

“Take Body Toddy with apple cider vinegar to prevent wrinkles.”

[Note: Body Toddy is no more. T.J. Clark’s Legendary Minerals is a good – maybe even better – substitute.]

“Sleepiness from sunbathing is caused by a lactic acid build-up from burning. Eat apples. Apples are rich in fructose and malic acid. Drink an apple cider vinegar solution. Use two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to eight ounces of water. Add honey to build up tissue. For the sunburn itself, rub on apple cider vinegar alone.”

“Vitamin E deficiency causes skin irritation. The sun causes burned nerves. Use wheat germ oil, basil, and apple cider vinegar for the remission of sunburn.”

“A wart is a dilation of mass minus water. Take vitamin E for warts. Apply castor oil and apple cider vinegar.”

“Orange juice and cod liver oil at midnight or apple cider vinegar and honey in water [at midday or evening] are good regulators of toxicity in the body.”

“Malic acid will clear all the smog in the world. Sniff apple cider vinegar to make the nostrils into detectors. The hairs stay clear and flexible like villi or rugae. If the hairs are clogged up, pollen has an effect on us. Use Q-tips for cleaning the nostril hairs.”

The optimum time for tomato juice and molasses is Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 p.m.).

Small Intestine Time is also Biliary Cycle of the Liver Time – compared to Glycogen Cycle of the Liver Time (1:00-3:00 a.m.).
