Oxygen Kills

It’s the “oxygen paradox.”

Oxygen is necessary for life, but responsible for aging and death via “free radicals” …

1) superoxide anion radical

2) singlet oxygen

3) hydroxyl radical

4) perhydroxyl radical

These “four biological horsemen of the Apocalypse” are collectively called reactive oxygen species (ROS).

<>

H. Ahsan, A Ali, & R Ali (“Oxygen free radicals and systemic autoimmunity,” Clinical & Experimental Immunology. Mar. 2003) wrote …

“Among the more susceptible targets of ·OH [hydroxyl radical] are polyunsaturated fatty acids [Yellow Fat Disease]. Abstraction of a hydrogen atom from a molecule of polyunsaturated fatty acid initiates the process of lipid peroxidation. A hydrogen atom is abstracted from a second molecule, leading to a new free radical. Protein structure and functions are also modified by ROS.”

So, what does the Medical Police State tell you to do?

Take lots of healthy fish oil and flax oil, and, whenever you get sick, skedaddle down to the nearest croaker joint (hospital) to load up on pure oxygen.

Isn’t this covert involuntary euthanasia?

<>

According to Dr. Google (in league with professional euthanasiasts) …

“More than 1.5 million adults in the United States use supplemental oxygen for a variety of respiratory disorders to improve their quality of life and prolong survival.”

Improve their victims’ “quality of life” by killing them by overloading them with reactive oxygen species?

Is this just plain ignorance or do these Killers in White Uniforms know better?

The benefits of carbon dioxide have been well known for millennia.

<>

According to “New Gas Used to Save Pneumonia Patients,” Popular Science, Apr. 1932 …

“Enter ‘carbogen’ to save the lives of pneumonia victims. Inhaling this new gas, a mixture of oxygen and carbon dioxide, is reported to have proved effective in cases usually considered hopeless. The photograph above [in the actual magazine] shows the strange apparatus developed by two Yale University medical experts to administer the treatment. Carbogen from the cylinder is led into a tentlike chamber with flexible windows that fits closely over the patient’s head and shoulders as he lies in bed.”

Carbon dioxide is subject to periodic Medical Amnesia.

Medical carbon dioxide was saving many lives long before 1932.

It’s the carbon dioxide therapy peek-a-boo game — discovered, forgotten, discovered, forgotten, discovered, forgotten, etc.

South-Asian Indians and American Indians have known about the benefits of slow breathing for millennia.

When it comes to slow breathing, Buteyko is an also-ran.

Do carbonated drinks provide CO2 benefits? (I seem to remember you saying they they don’t.) Pity, as I like drinking Coke as a change from fruit juice

Carbonated drinks are more of a problem than a benefit, but a Coke once in a while shouldn’t hurt anything.

Is drinking carbonated soda water particularly bad for your teeth?

There are worse things for your teeth, such as complex carbs.

When you eat foods that stick to your teeth (bread, crackers, muffins, donuts, etc.), it’s a perfect breeding ground for over 700 species of bacteria, some of them plaque-forming ones.
