The Barefoot Herbalist is a purist with diet and nutrition. He lives in Amish country and makes classic herbal products that he has refined and polished over the years. Hes a delightful fellow, full of passion and loves to talk about the work.

We get some deep insights to many things in these three hours.
Scheduled for two, this live broadcast of July 25, 2008 easily glided
into three and I could easily have spoken with him most of the night.
It is just that fascinating. Nothing is for everyone, yet after
hearing Barefoot I have a feeling you’ll explore his website, written
materials and maybe some products. And, well…see what you see.

Please
feel free to comment below on your experiences with The Barefoot way.
We are feeling he just may want to come on again, we certainly are open
to that.
