THE MORNING SHOW
Dr. Richard Massey M.D.
Healing in a More Natural Way
It’s always like spontaneous combustion whenever Dr. Massey joins Patrick live in the studio. What an entertaining duo they make indeed. We always enjoy his energy and information! Some of todays topics:
-Dr. Massey tells us about heart rate variability which measures for unconscious stressors on the body which can throw the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the nervous system out of balance. After the show, he tested Patrick, which Patrick will talk about tomorrow on Open Phone Friday
-What is high vibrational food and why is Dr. Massey living on smoothies?
-What could be causing stinky feet?
-Surfers Eye-We have never heard of this, but is surgery necessary?
-What’s causing a listener to wake up at 2am every morning? It’s liver time. Could the liver need a good cleanse?
-What causes lactic acid to build up in the muscles after exercise?
-Dr. Massey explains the importance of overcoming fear and resolving emotional issues. How do these 2 factors affect our health?
And much, much more. Enjoy this entertaining yet informative show!

Laughter is the BEST medicine for any and every one who feels he has been sent here
by a Self of a much sunnier, more Radiant Awareness – that knows Love is the Only Energy that the human heart can actually hold and love and grievances just can’t co-exist for any real length of time. Forgiveness is the Great Secret for our heart’s best health!
A heart rate variability test intrigues me and for sure I want to realize how healing my heart’s beating rate is so necessary. I do remember so well when I was a runner on a daily basis and OH, the endorphins that I felt after a 40 minute early morning run.
My knees didn’t exactly thrive as I would have liked, but I don’t regret any of those runs that went on for 25 years, not any of them! ! What fun, anyway, to know that laughter brings us to a more healing parasympathetic state of awareness. We listeners
are very excited to listen to your r enlightened understanding about life and the human heart. Thank you, [email protected] for being here.
