wongandmichelleTexas Complimentary and Alternative Medical Association professional member and World Sports Medicine Hall of Fame member, Dr. William Wong is a Classical Naturopath, a PhD. Exercise Physiologist, Certified Athletic Trainer (AATA), Certified Sports Medicine Trainer (ASMA), Old Rite Catholic Priest and Health/Fitness Consultant.

Dr. Wong has more than 27 years of professional experience in natural health as applied to sports medicine and rehabilitation. The last 8 years of which have been devoted to the application and teaching of Systemic Enzyme Therapy (SET). Studying SET techniques in both the US and Germany, Dr. Wong is widely acknowledged as one of the foremost experts in the field. In the 1990′s, he taught Physical Medicine at the South West College of Naturopathic Medicine. In 1993, Dr. Wong was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame as Wing Chun Kung Fu Instructor of the Year and in 2004, after 37 years in the Martial Arts, he achieved the rank of Grand Master from the Soke (Grand Master’s) Council and was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Martial Arts.

Dr. Wong has authored books on natural healing and on sports medicine. His shorter writings have appeared in such diverse magazines as G.Q., Black Belt, Survival Guide, The Townsend Letter for Doctors, Well Being Journal, BeautyWalk.com e-zine, and Healthy Options magazine in New Zealand. He has been a guest on over 1000 national and local radio programs, and has appeared on the nationally acclaimed PBS series Healthy Living hosted by Jane Seymour and Heartbeat of America hosted by William Shatner.

-I heard on your previous podcast, estrogen is responsible for most cancer,however some of Patrick’s guest recommend the cottage cheese and flax oil for treatment of cancer which appears to give very good results. Since flax converts to estrogen how to you explain this contradiction?

-Please ask Doc Wong how to make my husbands “tallywhacker” bigger….”strong like bull”. Also can he reduce blood pressure legitimately with anything other than the crap his allopathic doctor gives him?

Most people don’t have access to fresh garden fruits and vegatables, which has their enzymes intact. Do you suggest taking enzyme supplements with every meal? In your opinion, what would be the best enzymes to take? Also, what do you think about taking betaine HCL?

-Would you, please, ask Dr Wong of his opinion about the following Serrapeptase product that we have, without mentioning the brand:

Dr Wong mentioned black beans and rice – is rice estrogenic to men?? Even to both men and women?

What is his opinion on taking colostrums daily by men And women, for maintenance?

-Have you heard of food intolerance’s causing estrogen dominance because it affects the adrenal glands? Does adrenal health affect estrogen dominance?

    Patrick,
    I have to question some of the information from Dr Wong’s interview. He specifically stated some things that cause me to question the accuracy of his information. He indicated an orange picked loses 50% in 30 minutes and almost all in 1 hour. He implied the same with vegetables. This was a juice extractor study using commercially purchased carrots, often 30 days old or older with significant enzyme activity!

    Also he stated Freeze drying preserved enzymes. In our testing we have found freeze dried vegetable or fruit powders to be woefully deficient in natural occurring enzymes. Freeze drying does use some heat and destroys enzymes and heat sensitive nutrients.
