THE MORNING SHOW
Think and Grow Young
Ellen Wood began using her “grow younger” program in 2004 and has since gained a clearer, sharper mind and stronger, healthier body – and now has more vitality, stamina, flexibility and energy than she had even 30 years ago.
Born on November 18, 1936, Ellen is pioneering a revolution in age-reversing consciousness. Her goal is to make people aware that what they say and think about aging with strong emotion can literally make them experience the deteriorating effects of old age or the joy of youthfulness.
She also provides action steps to create healthy minds and bodies at any age in her blogs, newspaper and magazine columns and in one-on-one life coaching.
For decades Ellen applied mind/spirit techniques very successfully to many aspects of her life. It was after her mother wasted away with Alzheimer’s that she began to wake up to the fact that she could also change the process of aging by using those techniques. Soon a whole program of body/mind/spirit action steps evolved along with a passion to share the information.
