Tony P is one of my favorite guests on this program. I love Tony! If all the trained medical people were half as interested and informed about all the ways to heal people that Tony P is, we wouldn’t have so many sick, dying and dead people. Tony is right that people have to take responsibility for their own health — using lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, herbs.

Note: Tony’s new contact information does not work, must be an error in the [email protected] address.

My house looks like a vitamin store over here, but still I’m at the point in my life where I think we’ve got to get our nutrients from real food, preferably food we grow ourselves(or sprout, like sunflower seeds), or wild food we find and pick ourselves. Second best is to buy food from a farmer we personally know and trust. Third, would be to buy at a farmer’s market. Last, at the grocery store, only buy certain foods that are peeled, like citrus, bananas, avocados, and then only if desperate.

Meat and dairy — people should join up and get goats and chickens together for their milk and eggs and meat. I think community gardens are a fantastic idea, and a community farm would be even better, a place where people could have goats and chickens, maybe a cow to share.

Supplements: we must have good salt, like Himalayan salt, and ionic minerals such as come out of Utah’s salt lake. I think at this stage in my life I prefer herbs to isolated vitamins and amino acids. I haven’t quite decided yet on which of my vitamin cache I’m going to give up, but I know I am leery of “Better Living Through Chemistry” after the experience I had with high dose C and getting chest pains and palpitations and bleeding gums (ie scurvy). I’m still trying to get my health/strength back from that experience. Makes me wonder what Linus Pauling could possibly have been thinking!

I am happy for people to disagree and put a good argument forth, but this girl almost seemed like an intentional troll.

Currently upped my vit c dose quite a bit with no bleeding gums or heart palpitations. I have listened to quite a few people about vit c but never heard of that before…

Some of Tony’s good information is lost through:

    1) His talking too fast.

    2) A damaged telephone handset at his end.

    3) Insufficient attention to obtaining the best possible line.

The poor quality of connection dropped-off even more towards the end of the podcast.

I have been a vitamin freak for the past 30 years. My house looks like a vitamin factory over here. I have spent enough money on vitamins over the years to buy myself a mansion in Beverly Hills (exaggeration, but not that far off).

So the newsflash to me that vitamins do not come as isolates created in the lab, has jolted me into taking a second look at all my “precious” vitamin pills, the special cabinet I have to store them in, and how I’ve got them lined up by my computer, in my bathroom, on the kitchen counter, and on shelves here and there where I want to have certain ones separated for when I’m in the mood to take them.

I will continue to take all my herbs and spices and digestive enzymes, but the amino acids I’m still looking into their value. The vitamin isolates I am eliminating from my supplement regiman, and in fact all vitamins created in the lab I am rejecting.

I only want to use nutrients that exist in nature and come with their cofactors, which is what the word “COMPLEX” means. The vitamins come packaged in complexes. C Complex is vitamins P, J, K and the mineral copper. Ascorbic acid (C) is just the binding part of this complex, that which holds the rest together.

Vitamin B comes as a complex, and should be taken that way, best by a nutritional yeast. I have been taking B Right by Jarrow, but I think I’ll be switching to a nutritional yeast, maybe even Diamond V for animals (now marketed to humans as EPICOR).

Vitamin C is not the only vitamin that comes as a package, a complex. I’ve recently learned vitamin D works in a similar way, and that taking high dose D in isolation is also not a good idea.

Dr. Eric Berg says some of his patients have vitamin D toxicity from taking 50,000 IUs at one time. I’ve done that lots of times, taken that much. That was before I just recently learned that D has at least one cofactor (vitamin F) and you should not take D in isolation.

So Dr. Berg and Doc Sutter and Dr. Daniels and Dr. Terry Wahls are on to something about the synthetic vitamins being not good. “Betting living thru chemistry” is more lies.

I’ve been taking synthetic vitamins for decades, and this is earth-shaking information for me. More people need to learn these things, because I’m a health nut who is always reading and learning about nutrition, but this is all news to me. The vitamin C scam is as big as the vaccine and antibiotic scam ever was.

When I called in and told what happened to me taking all that C, Tony P admitted that ascorbic acid pulls the minerals out of the body. Patrick didn’t know that, and he said he had always instinctively taken minerals along with his C. But it’s not just minerals, it takes out the vitamins also, the P, J and K vitamins. C complex consists of vitamins C, K, P and copper. The whole concept of a vitamin or mineral “complex” has never been explained or taught to people who are trying to manage and take responsibility for their own health, or not taught by anybody I know of, and I’ve never come across this idea at all until Doc Sutter and Dr. Daniels and Dr. Berg and Dr. Terry Wahls said to get your nutrition thru food, not supplements. Dr. Eric Berg is the first to explain why.

I predict there is going to be a mass movement to home gardening and back-to-nature living. People are waking up, slowly, but once it happens it will take off like a rocket, once people realize why they are sick, and what a money scam the system has been running on us.

The NWO may have to exterminate us all before we wake up too much, because once people figure this out the grocery stores, all the stores will go out of business. People will no longer be buying stuff that is from “Better living thru chemistry.” All the cheap food, Big Agra, fast food stores, Big Medicine, will all go out of business. Plastic anything will be scorned and avoided. The whole economy will have to change.

People will be growing food using no til farming, and sheet mulching, and there won’t be any need to drive cars 40 or 50 miles into the city for desk jobs. Everybody will be sharing land in community, growing their own food, living in intentional communities. Those who don’t live in those kind of communities, will be probably living in FEMA camps (if they are alive at all).

I predict this will happen, IF the U.S. is not blown off the planet by the “confederation of nations” we read of in Jeremiah 50 and 51, because the U.S. is the biggest, meanest Beast ever to arise in world history.

I was taking a LOT of C. I ordered the ultrasonic machine so I could make liposomal C to get even more into my system. I was also mixing up a brew of C, MSM and baking soda. I was taking 30 grams a day (more if you believe the claims that liposomal C has exponential absorption into the cells).

After a month of this, I had chest palpitations and chest pains for the first time in my life. Felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. It was recommended I start with magnesium, that it sounded like I was depleted.

I love magnesium, had some ionic minerals with lots of magnesium, had all forms of magnesium supplements already here, also magnesium oil to rub on my skin to get it transdermally. I had not been religious about taking the magnesium, had been concentrating on the high dose C for a detox, also doing a colon cleanse.

I nearly did myself in. Be warned. Dr. Berg says clients of his who came back from Mexico, after having undergone IV vitamin C of 100,000 grams–they had scurvy as a result. The high-dose, isolated vitamin C treatment gave them scurvy. Maybe the acid (after all it’s not called ascorbic acid for nothing) did knock out cancer cells. But maybe there’s an even better way to do it with another acid that does NOT CAUSE SCURVY.

Anyway, I’m with Dr. Berg on this, after my experience of almost dying. Far as I’m concerned, C COMPLEX will cure scurvy. Isolated C made from corn starch treated with sulfuric acid will CAUSE scurvy.

There is a reason why the only people who know or care about health, finding cures, and practicing medicine that works are self-taught people like Tony P or the following:

1.Chiropractors. Lots of good chiropractors have taught us a lot of things on Patrick’s programs. Why so many chiropractors? Because they are not ALLOWED to prescribe Big Pharma pills. They don’t WANT to, knew going into their training that drugs are poison and don’t work. And nobody can punish chiropractors for refusing to prescribe pharma drugs, because they are not even permitted to do so. (big loss, yes?) Any person wanting to go into medicine, should choose to be a chiropractor (or a naturopath). To be a chiropractor, they will have to spend as much time and money as if they went for an MD degree, but it will be worth it in the end. A chiropractor will actually be free to practice real medicine, won’t be a slave to an evil system. They won’t have to cater to ignorant drug reps handing out paper weights and other bribes to get them to push a particular brand of poisonous pharma meds. They will not be limited or live in fear of losing their license and being stuck with hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt and no way to pay it off if they dare to deviate and prescribe carrots and accupressure instead of Prozac and Lipitor and surgery.

    2. Medical doctors who are of a racial minority, like Dr. Jennifer Daniels, get away (at least for awhile) going against Standard of Care (fake) medicine. Black doctors are given a certain leeway to speak their mind and go against the grain, because nobody wants to be accused of persecuting them for race. You get somebody like Dr. Jennifer Daniels who is willing to chuck the whole system (nicely of course) and go her own way, and then to take on the governor of New York State to expose a bankster fraud that was going to cost her community bundles of money…well, even Dr. Daniels had to pick up shop and flee to Panama, where she is now broadcasting, whistleblowing against the evil fake medical system (that deliberately makes people sick so they can prescribe more poison pills to cover up the continuing symptoms that pile up one on top of the other as the person entrapped by the medical system endures “death by a thousand cuts.”

    3. Medical doctors who became deathly ill and were forced to do original research or go back to their textbooks to review basic cell biology, people like Dr. Jerry Tennant.

These doctors doing vitamin C transfusions and promoting isolated vitamins as cure-alls, I’m not trusting these people anymore as I once did. Sorry. Dr. Thomas Levy at least claims liposomal C works even better than IV C, which is going to hopefully get people off the idea they must spend tens of thousands to do dangerous invasive vitamin C IV drips, but still he is advancing the lie that ascorbic acid is an overall good health treatment. I will grant it might be used as a kind of chemotherapy, perhaps less harmful than the deadliest, deadlier, more deadly poisons that Organized Medicine chooses to inject into the bodies of their duped victims in the public. But I don’t think this is the way to cure disease, but injecting poisons into the bloodstream.

Why Dr. Andrew Saul recommends high dose vitamin C for everyday health and longevity — I do not understand.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my
4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to
her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab
inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had
    to tell someone!
