Great show tonight…as always.   Applause to you and Andy…I listen every week and the interviews are always awesome. I am extremely grateful and excited about yalls insight every week into those topics that are always so full of white noise elsewhere

I’ve been listening to quite a few of the heath related podcasts recently and I’m interested learning more.  I’m twenty six years old and I want to know where I can kind of "average my way into" some of the health practices you talk about so often with guests.  Ive been active for years, but I need to know more about the foods, digestion, etc. portion of the human body to feel like I’m getting more of a head start on my health as I age.

Well you are way ahead of the game at your young age, it is quite easy and excellent health can be had quickly.
  Heres a general plan would probably be a good start. 

I suggest listening to lots of shows on our site.  For the moment just
keep your diet clean an simple.  Keep carbs, (rice, potatoes, bread)
away from meat and other proteins.  Eat fruit in morning and alone,
chew well, lots of vegetables, fresh in salads and lightly cooked,
exercise and drink clean water.
Don’t take antibiotics, smoke, drink much, ( a little wine works) and
stay away from television.  Follow your passions and do the right thing.


Work on those things for a few months and listen and read.  You’ll feel
what information resonates with you.  If it feels right and doesn’t
interfere with another, try it.
Then, get back with me in a few months and we’ll start adding some things.
