In minute 103 of the first hour Andrew could have pointed out that the unlimited right to contract clause of the Constitution affirms the unlimited right to contract only by consent or refuse to contract as provided by the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration of Independence, the 1st of the 4 organic laws of the united States, says in its second paragraph “governments are instituted amoung men by consent of the governed”. Consent is that each individual agrees completely with each government contract they follow. This is not two wolves and a duck voting on what to have for dinner but assures the duck must consent also. Clearly the duck will reject contract.

Today individual municipal corporations, or the public servants they employ, often overstep their authority by making contract offers claiming it is “the law”, ordinance, policy procedure or other requirement with threat of force, by posture, by numbers, and by intimidation. This has turned the concept of contract by consent into wolves taking advantage of ducks.
