For instance, Singapore has a banking system that has higher reserve requirements and it’s in a country that does NOT have the debt burden of most western countries. Hence, it is seen as safer. It is not to hide income or evade taxes.

-Listener Question: If Quantitative Easing is the U.S Government buying its own debt, is there no one else out there willing to buy it?
