I’d like to send out a weekend dedication to the 34 year and 10 month old US bond bull market.
“Don’t fear the Reaper”
The 1976 classic from Blue Oyster Cult written by Buck Dharma was released two months before the beginning of the PMs greatest bull run ever (so far). I do expect that the August 1976 to January 1980 UPTREND/bull market in PMs will be exceeded eventually, especially in silver and the mining shares. But we’re not there yet. I made my first recommendation in 7 years to buy gold on an INVESTMENT basis in Dec. 2015 right into the lows. Since then, I have not added on to that position on an INVESTMENT basis. I have recommended some short term trades such as here and updated here. Some of you took that recommendation and have had nice trades. But I hope you listened and have taken at least partial profits a few days ago. But on an INVESTMENT basis we’re still setting it up. I do expect the next excellent buying opportunity over the next 80 days. I am not buying currently – neither as a trade nor as an investment. I will update as needed.
But I’m being rude. This is supposed to be dedicated to the bond bull market, so for you bond bulls enjoy!
