I had so much fun the first time, I thought it is time to give it
another go and see how many of those pesky stones leave the
liver/gallbladder.  I learned a lot from the first one and am more
prepared for number two.

I have a colonic  scheduled for Monday morning and will consume the
olive oil mixture Sunday night.  Last time I had some very interesting
detox symptoms, I believe, from toxins release with the stones that had
a hard time finding their way out of the bowels.  Enemas are good, but
nothing really compares to a colonic as far as the effectiveness and
how much of the colon is involved in the flushing.  I’ve gotten pretty
good at enemas, doing shoulder stands while holding the water etc. but
colonics really get deep into the colon.

You can hear a great interview with Andreas Moritz by going to our
home page and get a good insight to the benefits of flushing the liver
gallbladder.  I’ve been virtually all raw living foods for a week or so
and I think that is going to make for easier exit stage left of
everything.

Please feel free to comment with questions etc. and I am happy to support you in any way possible.
