-Linda is loving Dr. Ellie’s protocol.  Wish she’d known about it years ago.  She and 5 friends are doing it.

-Sheretta says, when people say things like …oh we are just getting older, I say ( under my breath) or think ,maybe you, not me!

-The state of not being for or against anything.  Life is difficult for Souls who are for or against this and that.  It is what it is.

-Patrick is experimenting this lifetime with taking the body out for a spin and seeing what it can do.  Yet, even in this pursuit, if one gets attached to the idea of living a long life, it makes that goal quite difficult.

-Robert calls to talk about many things, including essential oils and  aromatherapy.   Tony Pantalleresco’s favorite aromatherapy book is “The Practice of Aromatherapy: A Classic Compendium of Plant Medicines and Their Healing Properties” by Jean Valnet and Robert Tisserand.

-Is this whole Russia meme in the media about Russia selling their oil for rubles and dealing with Iran and China without dollars?  Many historians claim the whole reason President George W.Bush (the younger) went into Iraq is because Saddam Hussein threatened to sell his oil for gold instead of dollars.

-JB calls about Clif High’s work on predictive language and his current interest in energy (oil and gas) and crypto currency.  Patrick talks up The House of Cards on Netflix.  Huge damage from hurricanes to energy facilities in Houston that isn’t getting much press.
