Here are a couple of photos of the first liver flush I did April. I say the first. I had done others a few years ago and stones came out. The plan this time is to keep going until no more come out.

I separated most of the more significant stones. In this first flush there was also several hundred smaller ones as well

As you can see a few of these were pretty good size, yet I really did not feel any discomfort. I drank the olive oli combination after prepping for the week and they came out in the morning.

I did another flush Sunday, June 15th. and I’ll give an update on that. I promised to get these photos up this morning on our show Saturday.
