We like it. We did the cleanse with niacin and enjoyed that. Now we probably have settled into 3 – 4 times a week. It is definitely a part of our life.

I love mine so much I use it daily, followed by a cool shower. Then I take organic soaked raisins and organic tomato juice about 4 oz., followed with one teaspoon of sulfur and one teaspoon of lechtin.

First off, let me say that I am naturally inquisitive, and also naturally skeptical. I research everything to death before I buy it, especially when it has anything to do with health/wellness. I have a few other similar devices. I have an Amethyst/Tourmaline/Jade infrared full body mat, a Jade/Amethyst Sauna blanket, and I also bought a relatively inexpensive{$500} portable sauna that was one of the highest rated on Amazon. It worked well, but after hearing the testimonials on youtube, and different podcasts, I was curious about the Relax Sauna. I admit, at first I was very skeptical. Why would a portable sauna cost $1200, and how could it possibly be as good or better than a ‘real’ sauna.
Here are my initial observations.
1> I was very pleased with the fact that it collapses into such a small bag. My other sauna folded in 3 and was very large and cumbersome to carry/move around, much less store. The Relax Sauna is surprisingly compact when put away.
2> At first I didn’t like the radiator design vs carbon panels. This quickly changed after I used it. With the old sauna, if I would lean too far back and touched the panels, they were very hot. Also, I never felt like I was getting much infrared exposure to the front of my body since the panels were only left, right, and rear. The radiators in combination with the reflective tent feel MUCH more effective.
3> I was admittedly turned off by the manual control vs digital at first, until I used it. While it does look somewhat dated, the actual function and quality of the control are far superior to the digital one on my previous unit.
4> Actual use is so much better. With the old Sauna, if I wanted to get a good sweat, I’d have to turn it up to 150, let it warm up for roughly 15 minutes, then sit in it for 30, so 45 minutes run time. With the Relax Sauna, I can get in it immediately, and I am dripping within 15 minutes of turning it on. The temperature is WAY different than the other one.
5> I’m not a woo-woo person, so I don’t know how to describe it, but something feels different about this sauna. I don’t know if it’s the amount of infrared being emitted by the radiators, or the efficiency, or what, but taking a sauna in this unit does not feel like any other sauna I have been in.
I honestly do not get the same experience with any other sauna/modality as I feel with the Relax Sauna.
