Patrick’s Blog: Sunday was liver/gallbladder cleansing day

Well, this is fun. Yesterday, Sunday was the day to begin the actualflush I prepared for all week by eating apples, apple juice and malicacid. All to help soften the stones. Experts say we all have athousand or two stones after years of other than the optimal foods. Look for our podcast of Andreas Moritz, author of “The Amazing Liverand Gallbladder Flush”.

Sunday evening I drank Epsom salt water a few times; mystomach was completely empty by 10 PM and then drank 4 ounces of oliveoil mixed with orange and lemon juice. I drank it at the side of mybed. I lay down immediately with my head above the liver for about ahalf hour and visualized stones exiting stage left and went off tosleep. At 7 AM & 8 AM I drank more Epsom salt mixture; this isto relax the bile ducts to allow for easy exit of stones.

Wow! lots of stones have been coming out since early this morning. There are a handful that are significant 1/2 and a littlesmaller…amazing. Over the course of the day I must have passed approx.
150 smaller less than pea size stones and some gravel.I feel great. Not a tremendous amount of energy, yet clear andrelaxed. Andreas says to take it easy on the day after drinking the oilbecause you’ve just had major surgery without being cut.

I’ll keep doing one every two or three weeks until the stones clear out. The benefits are tremendous and I recommend the book andkeep in touch to hear the two hour interview we did a week ago Saturday
on KLBJ Radio.
