I’ve been working with my Ayurveda Doctor Nuva on a slight Edema in my right ankle with his herbs from India,but it wasn’t moving. I had a bottle of Tincture of Pipsissewa from Darcy in the Forestfor some Edema I had a year ago.

I called her Tuesday and she said to take the tincture all day Wednesday..sipping 1 TBS. it in 32 ozof water through out the day. She said if it was the right herb ti would start working Wednesdaynight Thursday morning….I started feeling a bit off Thursday morning and last night, (Thursday) I was up aboutfour times and peed out 5 lbs. of water throughout the night :-) I weighed my self last night and thismorning.

I just called Darcy from the Forest and she said..perfect. This is what it is supposed to do..and the delay was liver congestionand that is what gave me the flu symptoms. Liver detox and why it is almost gone now :-) at Noon on Friday. She said the delay in reaction to the herbs was the liver was waiting until it could discharge before releasing the fluid.

Isn’t the body amazing? And the right herbals actually help the body to heal and not just fix things symptomatically.

Didn’t even connect up the herbs with the “Under the weather” till I talked to Darcy from the Forest…..
