We talk about the election and go state by state where Nullification Issues were on the ballot. Nullification is when a sovereign state says “No”, to a mandate of the Federal Government.

The Federal Government says it is against their law to use marijuana for medical or recreational purposes. Nearly 20 states have voted to legalize medical uses of cannabis and now two, Colorado and Washington just voted to legalize

recreational use of the herb. Which, by the way, grows like a weed.
