Ray Peat acquired his PhD from the University of Oregon with a specialization in physiology. He started his work on hormones in 1968 and wrote his dissertation in 1972 in which he outlined his ideas on progesterone and the hormones closely related to it. His main thesis is that energy and structure are interdependent at every level.

Each vaccine has its own toxicity. Cause tremendous increase in allergies. But deaths from new Covid vaccines are 100 times those from total of all pre-existing vaccines.
Hepatitis B vaccine caused lingering brain damage in animal studies. Now given routinely to newborns.
Having wild form of measles decreases cancer risk.
Even prior to 1940s, evidence existed that anything injected intramuscularly predisposed kids to getting paralysis of the body area that received the injection. E.g. polio from hip injections.
Do grains and sugar cause health problems? Must be properly prepared. Nixtamalization of corn destroys toxins because tryptophan is converted to niacin amide. Also removal of PUFA by lime saponification.
Sprouting of storage proteins, e.g. gluten, convert nitrogen rich compounds into protein with nutritional value.
Can white rice be sprouted? The germ has probably been removed. Soaking will help. Unheated oats will sprout, but needs to still be vital and not chemically treated.
Cooked greens have higher quality protein than grains.
Wheat more nutritious if it’s soaked before using. Ancient grains have less starch than modern wheat or corn. Size of starch granules determines health impacts.
Well-cooked potato with butter is good. Starch gets chemically softened and is easier to digest.
Oil in polished white rice is removed, so nothing left to get rancid. Less allergenic and less toxicity.
Whole grains have more mineral value, but are in more danger of being rancid.
Small LDL particles get rancid more quickly. Bigger LDL particles are less exposed to oxygen. Eating eggs keeps particle size big.
Starch causes vascular damage in small capillaries. Causes an allergic reaction to small starch granules.
Cholesterol detoxifies PUFA. PUFA/Cholesterol forms plaque. Vitamin E slows the process. Has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-estrogen effects.
Want Vitamin E supplement with darker color, higher viscosity, smaller capsule with less PUFA content.
Can nixtamalize grains which haven’t been heated.
What to do if you don’t have a thyroid and can’t buy pharma thyroid?. Boil milk with oysters or seaweed. Creates iodinized casein, which works like thyroid hormone.
Too much iodine can cause headaches, constipation, diarrhea. Risk of thyroid cancer and hypothyroidism from years of eating iodized salt. Most Americans getting 10x too much iodine.
How to repopulate the microbiome after taking antibiotics? Greek yogurt.
Does drinking OJ cause an insulin spike? Need to take with other food. Fructose slightly inhibits glucose response compared to grains. High potassium content also moderates response. Spread it out over time.

What is shedding? Is the shedding why the vaxxed have more deaths than the unvaxxed? Years ago, Pfizer warned that pregnant or breast-feeding women shouldn’t be exposed to the vaxxed.

What to do for a child with fever, cough, and throwing up. Anti-inflammatory agents. Sugar to reduce inflammatory cytokines, reduce lactic acid, increase CO2. Darker sugars are more toxic and allergenic. Want lighter maple syrup.
How hazardous are raw and undercooked starches? Can get premature dementia because arterioles get plugged by starch granules. Cook pasta and rice for 40 minutes. Cook rice until it’s gummy.
Take mixed tocopherols in preference to tocotrienols, which have created fatty liver in animal feeding experiments.
How about dry vitamin E as in Durk Pearson’s Life Extension book?
Improving metabolic rate will improve hair growth. Copper deficiency can cause white hair and more inflamed tissue.
Is drinking out of copper good? Copper and iron in competition.
Tryptophan, methionine correlate with degeneration from aging. Chicken has less iron. Scallops, crab, calamari, shrimp, crustaceans are good. Have high copper in relation to iron. Low fat fish is good.
