THE RESULTS: Inclined Bed Therapy Follow-Up Show
We invited our listeners to take the inclined bed therapy challenge 3 months ago after Andrew’s first interview. What were the results? Listen to this interview to find out and please consider leaving your own comments in the ‘comment section’ below.
17 years ago Andrew made a phenomenal discovery in circulation and how gravity acts upon fluid density changes that take place in all fluids where water is evaporated. In trees (Where this theory began) evaporation from the leaves alters the density of sap. In the body, the warm lungs and airways provide the same density changes in the blood and other fluids. It was not long before it became obvious that posture was incredibly more important than anyone could imagine. To make use of these density changes and allow them to assist the circulation all we needed to do was to manage our posture.
This was a Eureka moment of such magnitude it went off the scale for Andrew and instantly gave birth to Inclined Bed Therapy.

Strange, David Wolfe does the opposite.

Why does David Wolfe advocate the opposite?

We started using IBT after listening to the first show with Andrew. I have to say that at first I was a little skeptical, mainly about the comfort aspect, 6 inches seemed like a lot.
Well, I absolutely love it and I will never go back to sleeping flat again.
My husband’s snoring has lessened considerably and we are both sleeping better now. I also have back problems which are improving and I can’t wait to go to bed at night now, it feels so good to have my spine stretched out.
Another benefit has been an improvement in blood tests that my husband had done to monitor his Smoldering Myeloma. We had only been using the inclined bed for a couple of weeks at this point
but we saw some improvement in most of his numbers including his blood sugar levels which is an important number where cancer is concerned.
Thank you so much for the show Andrew, Patrick and Sharon!

Niki, thank you for your report on IBT. Very interesting and yes, those sugar numbers are important.
Your spine will continue to improve over the coming months.

Jana, very interesting find, clearly someone has been touched by IBT and brought it into scifi. This is indeed how progress is made these days. Loved watching the clip. Shared it in our inclined bed therapy group on Facebook :)

At 85 times around the sun, sleep was a nightmare.
Three months ago, I raised my Sleep Number Mattress & Foundation 6.5″ and experienced immediate and lasting improvement.
Then, a few weeks ago at my Huggins Dentist, a new item caught my eye, Nitric Oxide from neogenis.com. An assistant checked my level (with a saliva test strip that comes with the product) and it was off the bottom of the chart, below Depleted! The very first lozenge at bedtime effected another big improvement in sleep.
I credit these two therapies with transforming sleep from the worst part of my life to the best.

Hi Ray, glad to have your feedback and great news re sleep problems. Please keep an eye on your blood pressure, get a machine they are cheap and reliable. Kind regards Andrew

To clarify my second sentence, I raised my Sleep Number Fdn 6.5″ at the HEAD, as per Andrew. His discovery is genius.
If I were young and less subject to stroke, I might experiment with David Wolfe’s reverse position, but not at 85, or anywhere near it.

Would it be possible to paste all of the emails your received in the comments section as they were before your site went down? This would be very helpful for all concerned. Thanks so much to Patrick and Sharon for reaching out to people who are unaware of what can be achieved by simply raising the head end of the bed six inches / 15 cm

I have only been using the Inclined Bed Therapy (IBT) for one week and have shown marked improvement in my health. I sleep better and when I awake I am clear headed and pain free. I have a bad back and would normally wake up with a sinus headache. Now I have no pain in my back or sinus headache upon awaking in the morning. Kudos, Andrew for finding and getting the word out about this amazing discovery. I now look forward to getting better not continuing to deteriorate. I have tried many conventional and alternative therapies, but none have had such a profound impact! I will try to spread the word of this amazing discovery and its benefits to mankind to all who will listen.

Thanks for letting us know David, glad you are finding IBT useful and that you are helping to get the word out. Don’t despair when people say they will do it and never get around to it, just focus on the people who will listen, it’s much less despairing this way :)

ORN Listeners Write to Patrick about their experiences using Inclined Bed Therapy.
I listened to an earlier show, writes Kimmmy with Andrew Fletcher and his Inclined Bed Therapy
I slept well, but I began waking most mornings with aches and pains in the joints. Soreness in lower back and neck. This has been going on for some weeks, so I got my husband to set up the bed head on six inches blocks of wood from 27th June 2014. Immediately the next morning I woke up with no joint pain at all and from 28th June to this day I have not been troubled by any pain after sleeping in the inclined position and my husband is snoring less and not as noisily. Thanks to Andrew and Patrick.

Hi Sharon Hi Patrick
I started doing the Inclined Bed Therapy the first week of July I have two herniated disks L4 and L5 and I have
had chronic pain for the last eight years.
I have spent thousands of dollar on ineffective treatments until I listened to this show on Inclined Bed Therapy.
I was unable to sleep on my left side due to numbness in this position.
I am delighted to announce that after two days of using inclined bed therapy and four dollars worth of wood I am now able to sleep on my left side without any numbness. I am so grateful.
I do tell people, So far I am the only taker.
Much love to you from Janet.
