I trust you are well. As always let me know via email if I can help in any way.
This past Sunday I entered into another liver gallbladder flush. During a talk with Annie Jubb all about this subject she stated the only difference with doing a liver flush and a liver gallbladder was the amount of oil is increased when you include the gallbladder.
Sounds like a plan, so that is what I did this last time. I drank 12 ounces of olive oil and about a cup of grapefruit juice. I like grapefruit over lemon, seems to make it all go down easier. I also tried doing it at 2 PM rather than just before bed as recommended by Andreas during an interview. (I enjoy esperimenting and learning what works best for me).
Drinking just before bed made for easier sleeping than doing it earlier. I passed about 200 stones Monday AM. They were mostly black in color, where others were greenish and some harder and grey. I felt fairly beat up most of the day Monday. I had a colonic Tuesday, as recommended by Andreas, and felt great after the colonic. Yet, it has taken a while for me to feel 100% since. So, I think I shook up some toxins and am feeling the effects.
That is one of the deals with all this cleansing. Oftentimes the release of toxins will set you back a bit. We all have lots to do these days, so you will want to plan carefully and with a lot less oil should move right through it fairly easily.
I say that, yet we are all different and it is totally difficult to predict what your experience will be. So, as always it comes back to each of us to do the research, contemplate on a possible decision and make a choice, or not, and live with what happens with grace.
I promised you some photos of the stones from the first flush and have them in digital and they just don’t seem to want to load up on the site. Will keep figuring that one out.
Hot, dry and hot. I just put up two great articles by Andreas Moritz on Dehydration. I believe that is one of the reasons I’m not a 100% yet. Not enough water. It is really dry around The Hill Country of Texas the past thirty days. So, drink up~
