Â Position yourself to be inclined when sleeping, especially under shoulder blades. Â Follow his 10 tips to improve stomach acid levels. Â Investigate food sensitivities. Â Test for hiatal hernia. -If not enough acid, the sphincter can stay open. Â Also get fermentation.
