One of the simplest liver detox methods is to fast. You rest your liver when you fast. The liver’s burden is lessened.
and it can go about naturally detoxing itself. It will even burn off fat stored in fatty liver conditions.

I think she is the natural healths version of David Icke, a true phenomenom. Wow, Dr. D. You really brought your A game today! I loved what you shared about vaccines and the mumps outbreak story. I also agree with you on the issue of school. I was cheering in my kitchen when you went on that rant. I just wish I could go back and do it over as a mother and do it better knowing what I know now. Sigh. I have grandchildren but I’m not in charge so . . .

I don’t understand the notion of needing to consume acidic water at ph level 5. i cannot find any evidence online whatsoever to support this. Could someone please break it down for me? As far as I understood, acidic water and foods cause disease and the higher the ph level, the better! Help!!
